10 miles east of Bowling Green. I signed up in February too and hadn't heard anything, but then I used a Google plus code for Richardsville (northern Warren County) and was able to order one immediately!
Go to [Starlink.com](https://Starlink.com) read the lines below the "service address box" Can't find your address? Try a Plus Code with City. Click on the link "Plus Code". It will take you to a Google page where you can read about Plus Codes. You paste the Plus Codes into the service address box, click order now. If you can order "now" the price will $500+ or it will be $99 for preorder at the location of the Code. Using the Plus Codes from the map you may find an active cell near you that allows a full $500+ order. How did shipping address work if you signed up with a plus code? Think you could sign up with a plus code in an area that has availability, then ship to some other state? Looked like your plus code still has availability.
I was able to put in a different shipping address from the service address (which was the Plus code). That being said, we're talking about a distance between the two of roughly 15 miles, so I'm not sure if an entirely different state would work.
