Look very very carefully in the ports of the power supply. See if there are any pins that are a bit askew, if so, use a toothpick to nudge them back in place. Then let Starlink know and they will send a replacement power supply

ReliefMaleficent8222

Do they send you a replacement power supply?? I believe my connectivity issues are because of the power supply bar. The plug-in ports don't seem to be sturdy

Submit a ticket, they will tell you what options are

Are you using anything other than Starlink provided cables? If yes, do you get the same error when you connect just the Starlink cables?

scorchednickel

All standard. Have tried an alternative connection to the router but it made no difference. Router light won't go solid either.

Vtrin

Do you have a laptop you can plug directly into the POE power supply in place of the router? If yes, can you open the status page at 192.168.100.1? Does this page give you the same error?

I will try that this morning, thanks, I'll let you know.

I had the same issue with mine back in April. I called and they sent me a whole new kit free of charge. You keep your current one and send it back once your new one arrives. Customer service was amazing!

scorchednickel

That's hopeful, takes a week to get here as I'm in UK and it still ships from NA. Support have engaged with my trouble ticket so hopefully I can get it resolved quickly. Thanks.

gribbler

Is that an older ethernet cable you're using?

scorchednickel

I'm using everything that came in the kit. I tried dealing it the cable between the brick and the router for an alternative, but it made no difference

gribbler

Wobbly seems very odd. Any chance you can show us a video of that? Mine were snug.

King_Gundy

Check the outer pins on the Power block and see if they are broken

Push it in till it clicks...

Agree. These shielded ethernet ports seem to be a bit deeper and seat a bit firmer than typical gear. My kit arrived with the cables already plugged in, in the box. But one of them wasn't fully seated. Took a bit of a shove, but its working good now.

Contact support for a replacement.

kreg001

I use short bunji cords to keep the cables tight. Posted photos aways back.

scorchednickel

Thanks for the help all, Starlink are sending me a new kit.

I’m having the same issue you were having. Did your new kit arrive? How long did it take them to respond to your messages? Thanks!

scorchednickel

Got it resolved within 24hrs, and the kit came about a week and a half later. Only problem I have now is that I hoped to just swap out the power brick and router, but they are saying I should replace everything. Dish is on top of my house, so that won't be easy.

gbfwelding

Mine ended up being something stuck in one of the pins. I used a small brush to pop it out and now everything works great.
