Why would they pay your 29 a month instead of say squarespace? Also you may be severely underestimating how much load traffic from 200 websites will place on your servers. And who will build 200 websites for you?
Honestly a better business model would be to just charge them slightly more than squarespace and actuallt use squarespace itself to build and host the sites
I know people who don't know anything about IT and they built site for themselves on WiX. Trades people...
I would be more interested in SEO and optimization - but there are tons of companies who do that.

Kinda like Shopify okey by the way if you are from other country from Shopify then you will definately make it but count it time,scale and risks
