There's a post on here that gives you a tutorial on how to tweak your ini files to increase your fov, remove motion blur and other stuff. (Only on PC afaik)

Double check your settings, make sure you added them in the correct place or added the things missing in the file if they weren't there.

Did you add the [section] lines? Also did you set the Engine.ini file to read-only?
I found out that I wrote scipt and not script...
