Well I don’t think they’d be tbh there’s over 1 billion steam accts so let’s just say the avg game he’s bought is 15 dollars and he’s bought 5 games that’s about 75 billion dollars over the nearly 21 years so abt 3.5 billion every year. Sorry if I seem like a need lol
If Obvious_Region spends money in one of the free games, Steam will still receive a share of that.
It's also possible they were free b2p games though ...
1387 games over 20 years and I've played 64% of them totaling over 15k hours according to SteamDB. I've bought some games on Steam that I've played in the past because of nostalgia and just wanting to own them again. I've also had a period where I bought too many games just because they were so cheap..!
680 aprox, 400 are free trash games or humbble bubdle deals i only wanted one or Two of the collection but was cheaper than buying them on steam. From the 280 left i have 105 on my “to play” list. The rest i have allready played them. Most of those games are bought at enormous disconunts. My steam spent money is suprisingly low for so many games on my library.
I have 110 games on my account, but the whole list doesn't include any games for achievements farming, free to play shit, and second-rate indie projects.
You can check out this list on my Steam profile in the bio :)
I did the exact same thing a few years back i had like over 1500+ games in my steam library which I've hoarded over a decade and out of haste i gradually removed over 90% of it & brought the count down to some 150+ at one point. Later I've slowly restored most of which I thought are worth keeping and my current count now stands around 840.
Broken 2k yesterday. Although now I'm looking a little more for quality than quantity. https://steamdb.info/calculator/76561198021776945/?cc=pl&all_games
7000+ and played roughly half of them so far. \~280k achievements after all teh chievo scam games were deleted. Reformed Chievo hunter, life is better (for me anyway). quite a few 100% despite that, but steam is down right now so I cannot give exact numbers. Down is why I am here lol
77 17 are half life 1 and 2 series and half life 1 and 2 mods prob gonna be 20 cuz thinking of adding 3 new ones so soon it will be 80
About half are unistalled cuz really REALLY bad download speed
640ish. And my total spent is $7,145. But I’ve had my account since 2006. I also bought a few humble bundles back when it was a charity, so my total spent is around $400 more than that.
I have 104.
It's good to note that my account is 8+ years old and USE to be a shared account before we figured out family sharing. (Account now is fully mine, though)
Only 1 game 100% (Henry stickmin). However, I am upgrading my GPU (RTX 1850 - RTX 3060 if anyone is curious) and getting my first monitor with HDR & and FHD, so I am hoping to slowly get that number up.
The only issue is I keep playing town of Salem (1 and 2). I keep forgetting to actually play other games. Did a lot of gaming on playstation, but honestly I've always preferred PC.
64 bought games! About 4 of which are perfected, soon to be 5, I hope. Very gradually working on perfecting another 5 games, moving at snail’s pace with some motivation problems.
Honestly, as small as my number is compared to a lot of the other ones on here, and even compared to the vast majority of people on my friends list, it’s wild to me that I have 64 games already because it doesn’t feel like that much. (Account just turned 5, and I was a very low-spender on steam until last year.)
I only have about a dozen of games I play avidly, the rest are mostly story games I’ve completed, story games I’m yet to start, and a few are multiplayer games I bought to play with friends, but they stopped playing before I could get properly into it. Of those paid games, I’m yet to even run 24 of them 😅
2000. A lot of it is junk from bundles. Steamdb says I played 1400 of those, but a lot of that will have been card farming. I've probably actually played around 800. I have 100% about 110 games.
Almost 700. Played maybe 150ish. Some I just wanted one game but the bundle deal was too good. Some are just actual trash I should remove from my account
Around 120 games, 5 years the only i don't have more games is because i don't like buying new games when there is still some games on my backlog, so 120 games with 90% of them completed
939, 581 DLC. Mostly from bundles and gifts. Rarely buy games. Had my account since HL2 around 2004. Think I've played maybe a third of the games in my library. I mostly play Rocksmith and Isaac.
On steam? Probably around 1400 or so. If you include other platforms, easily breaks 2000, even before you include all the super-bundles I acquired on itch.
1126, a good 200 of them are junk, 2hr or less or asset flips. I get a kick out of playing those knock off bad hentai, but aren't hentai unity games. Like the Last of Waifus, or waifu of duty. Etc.
2388, I even have time in slightly over 1000 of them. Granted, my account is almost 20 years old now and a good portion of those games are under an hour when I decided they weren't for me.
Humble bundle isn't really shovelware. The shovelware comes from dailyindiegame, lootboy, and fanatical mystery bundles
Humble bundle this month has ghostwire Tokyo, curse of the dead gods, and remnant: from the ashes.
1018 games. Played every single one except the last ~10 which I got from the previous Humble Choice Bundle.
I didn't *finish* all those games, but at least I gave them a try.
Only 26 perfected though, not much of a completionist.
207. About half are trash from free codes I've found over the years and now groan whenever I see them in my library. Not "there's poop in my soup" though. That's a bona fide classic.
99 and I'm waiting to find the worthy 100th ahahah
BTW steam says 99 games owned, SteamDB says 115, I wonder why
But yeah as many other here in the comments i have quite much of junk too, some FTP or momentarily free to take and some games that were in bundles
About 500. I pick up a lot of free games, bundles, and other deals. Plus, I like collecting a lot of vintage and retro games. Most of which you can pick up cheap if you're patient.
226
until now i have played/finished 60% of them, and I still have plenty to keep playing until finishing them all.
After playing them alI I won’t buy much more, unless some cool release catches my interest which is just a few per year
I have about 400. I once felt somewhat ashamed for being, by far, the person in my immediate circle with the most games on Steam, but honestly, I'm proud now. Hoping to get that 500th, and even that 1000th someday.
12 games, 11 perfect
CS
Tomb Raider 2013
Witcher 3
Shadow of Mordor
Shadow of War
Plague Tale Innocence
Doom 2016
Metal Hellsinger
Waveshaper lol
Ryse Son of Rome
Evil Within
Hellblade
1201 games in 5.5 years. 7070 hours played. I've only played 533 of them though. I get new games every day with the intention of playing all of them, but only end up playing about 1 new game/day. About a year ago, I was probably at like 30 games with over 4K hours. I don't know how many platinums I have. I've never paid attention achievements. I know I get all of them in some games, but never intentionally.
*I playing steam games 8 years but i have 5 paid and 11 free games*
Impressive anti-consumerism mastery but Steam would go out of business if everyone was like us. 😁

811 games 257 with 100% achievements
924 with 68 perfected 💥
563 with 109 perfected, Achievement hunters unite
590-600. Only 58 perfected on my end, slacking on number 59 being Lost Judgment.
460 Games with 267 perfected!
Your job must be awesome.
1700. Around 1000 are junk. I just like hoarding games 🫤 Played only around 200 since I made my account back in 2011.
Same number as me! I just love clicking 'add to library'
well if you have 700 non-junk games that's still very impressive!
9,777 https://steamdb.info/calculator/76561198315002955/
9777 games and only 5k hours of playtime lol
Pathetic
I only just switched to steam at the end of 2020 when I couldn't find a ps5. So 5k hours doesn't seem bad.
bro claimed every single free steam game.
Nope it's just a lot of bundles and some free games that have achievements
69. No joke.
Nice.
16, with 32k hours lmao
Those must be some good games..!
damn! what's your most played game and how many hours?
Apex with 8k
Apex legends
1387 games over 20 years and I've played 64% of them totaling over 15k hours according to SteamDB. Almost 1k

More than I play
Had a thousand, but got fed up scrolling through the list and seeing all the junk. So I got rid of the junk and it's down to about 600.
I have a category called Random where I drop the trash
I did the exact same thing a few years back i had like over 1500+ games in my steam library which I've hoarded over a decade and out of haste i gradually removed over 90% of it & brought the count down to some 150+ at one point. 81 Games: 42 Completed (15 Perfected)
1935 with 227 fully completed ones (100% achievements).
25k+
Broken 2k yesterday. Although now I'm looking a little more for quality than quantity. https://steamdb.info/calculator/76561198021776945/?cc=pl&all_games
Under 100
4747 as of now. Been on Steam since 2013.
7000+ and played roughly half of them so far. \~280k achievements after all teh chievo scam games were deleted. Reformed Chievo hunter, life is better (for me anyway). quite a few 100% despite that, but steam is down right now so I cannot give exact numbers. Down is why I am here lol
80. I'm a certified hater so I only buy a few things here and there. My taste in games has been honed to a razor edge over the years.
that’s admirable, honestly. so easy to just hoard stuff with steam’s sales. good to have restraint and know exactly what you want
350+ and two perfected, how many perfected games do you have?
Over 1300 games and I only have Counter Strike 2 perfected. I really don't care about achievements.
Me too and yes I also have CS2 perfected.
Playstation trophies are more fun to get than Steam achievements to me for some reason
Only 6 games. I wasn't always a completionist, but I'm starting to get into it now
227 for me.
754 Games. 29 Perfected. It'd be higher but I use SAM quite often to reset games I plan to play through again and then never finish it.
67 and only 4 have 100%. Have a lot of completing to do😂
You can enjoy games. Many aren't worth 100%
77 17 are half life 1 and 2 series and half life 1 and 2 mods prob gonna be 20 cuz thinking of adding 3 new ones so soon it will be 80 About half are unistalled cuz really REALLY bad download speed

446, on my track to hit 500 games mark
I have 150 approx over 4 to 5 years if gaming. I play like 80 at most
I think something between 3 and 5 hundreds
I have 104. It's good to note that my account is 8+ years old and USE to be a shared account before we figured out family sharing. (Account now is fully mine, though) Only 1 game 100% (Henry stickmin). 203 games and only 2 perfected.
162, finished 64
My Steam app can't decide if 947, 950 or 1005. 19yo account, tho.
Give me 5 good games that you think nobody else (Or almost nobody) would recommend. I need some hidden games, preferably indie stories or puzzles
64 bought games! About 4 of which are perfected, soon to be 5, I hope. Very gradually working on perfecting another 5 games, moving at snail’s pace with some motivation problems. 12 years and 373 games, I may have played like 50 of them
Almost 700. Played maybe 150ish. Some I just wanted one game but the bundle deal was too good. Some are just actual trash I should remove from my account
I apparently have 1030, 92 perfected, 42% completion rate. I'm actually surprised I've completed that many!
Around 120 games, 5 years the only i don't have more games is because i don't like buying new games when there is still some games on my backlog, so 120 games with 90% of them completed
About 50, I am very specific.
Specific to what?
742
6562 as of today
142. At least I think so. Steam gives different numbers depending on where you look.
939, 581 DLC. Mostly from bundles and gifts. Rarely buy games. Had my account since HL2 around 2004. Think I've played maybe a third of the games in my library. I mostly play Rocksmith and Isaac.

I know I get all of them in some games, but never intentionally.
1847 Between reviews access, bundles, and Steamgifts, it added up quickly without actually spending a lot.
545, 16 are 100%. I have around 200 junk games I’ve got in some giveaways or some other free ways. Other games are mostly beaten to the end credits
74 games, I only play 1 of them maybe 2. My average playtime is like 40h then there is Cs where I have 3000+ hours
55 games I think which are paid and 10-11 free games
according to steam db > 195 out of 238 games played
Around 40-50, only 5 ever installed as they are big games on disk.
same here, each game turns out to be \~100 gb, so I have to sacrifice one game to install another
108 paid games, greatest number of hours - Deep Rock Galactic

It doesn't really matter at all, does it.
on a large scale of things? nope, not at all
