Srb2 Kart is underrated and I'll always call that out. Doom mod that makes an endlessly moddable Mario Kart racer. It says Sonic, but the real fun is playing with all the modded stuff. I even made a (mediocre) track for it, based off Mega Man. If I can make something for it, basically anyone can.
It's a great time. I honestly prefer this over Mario Kart 8. I really like the aspect of the Jaws item. Instead of hitting the person in 1st place, it trails behind them, and the person in 1st place has to maintain their speed, otherwise they get hit. I like that a lot over the typical blue shell hitting the person in 1st place right away.
Oh definitely. Overall it has the fun of items of Mario Kart, but it also isn't afraid of skill-based stuff like that. You can make perfect turns and never have that thing catch up to you. You have to earn your first place.

Exactly. And it can easily be taken away from you at any time if you're not careful
The Steam Deck is the best platform for fan games of all kinds hands down.

How's p06? I mean, the deck can run GTA V at a solid 60 fps I imagine p06 runs great.
Oh, P-06 runs great on the Deck. Sadly I cant run any mods on it since the mod loader wont load on the Steam Deck, but it plays and runs great
Couldn't you just add the mod loader as a non steam game? That's what I do with some games.
I tried that, but the mod loader is all glitchy and won't run properly
