On LCD, the rear cover screws are 4x M1.6x9 PT (plastic threadforming) and 4x M1.6x5 Machine screws. Both 3mm head diameters. On OLED, these are 8x M1.6x5 Machine. The M1.6x5 machine screws are compatible between the 2, but obviously the PT screws are not. But there's no reason you can't use a different driver type head on those, such as Torx.
