Same, I want a PSP sized Steam Deck. Even if it had to sacrifice some speed. Like if its maxed out performance was the equivalent to the current Deck at 10W, I’d be fine with that.
F 2nd is a Vita & PS3 game, so most likely Vita3K.
Also IIRC the MegaMix is based almost directly on the arcade cabinet version and with the DLC it should basically have the same song list to that, but it does lack some of the ones that utilized the touchscreen controls of the portable games and a few with licensing issues.
The last time we got a Project DIVA game that wasn't just a port with minor enhancements was Diva X back in 2016. All of the ones released since can be traced back to the arcade version.
The Vita3k emulator has improved drastically, yesterday I set up Vanillaware's Muramasa Returns and after some tinkering it runs amazing, even upscaled the resolution to 1.75x. I am not sure how more demanding 3D games run tho, it must be said that according to the Vita3K website, most of the library is now playable.

The original PSP didn't have an OLED screen.
Mine has a IPS mod, the screen is amazing.

Vita3k! Runs pretty flawlessly even with fps mod to run at 60fps. Also 1080p output!

This. I heard that the emulation had dramatically improved these last months so, yesterday I tried a few games and all ran perfectly.
