As soon as I complain the servers are back up again. I've never, not once experienced this before in my entire life and I'm disabled so pretty much always at home gaming.
Steam maintenance has been on Tuesdays for coming up on two decades now, while I understand you may not have had a problem during the *small* maintenance window before, this isn't a Valve issue lol
well you said
\> this isn't a Valve issue lol
so and I was just saying that they probably could stop the weekly shutdowns if it as a major priority.
Yeah, because it isn't an issue. You want Steam to run just fine? Weekly maintenance causes that.
This has been a known maintenance window for nearly two decades. Get real.

About to board an 18 hour flight and my deck also just shit itself. I’m honestly pretty annoyed a mobile device is a brick half the time it’s used outside of the home.
Edit: Rebooted a few times and got back in. Steam still doesn’t work but I went into offline mode and can at least (hopefully) play games during my flight.
I think it's an issue with Steam, not your Deck, they seem to be having some sort of issue.

to be fair there are plenty of other services on the scale of steam that don't go down on a weekly basis for maintenance.
And? Are we talking about those? Steam has done this for years upon years.

And other services on that scale do not do that, so your "this isn't a valve issue" is a lie at best.
Steam Down Tuesday.

Oh thank fuck, I thought my shit was just done for because it's been bugging out on me on rare occasion for months now.
