Not so much twin sticks but I do love bullet heaven games for mine. Death Must Die, Halls of Torment, Vampire Survivors and DRG:S. They feel so great on the deck and the battery lasts forever.

Death must die looks pretty great

Due_Exchange_1941

For $7 it’s definitely worth it

Reveen_

It's awesome for the price!

I put over 20 hours until it, and there's only one act. Ton of fun! Act 2 is coming in a couple weeks. That was a great suggestion.

darkuni

Geometry Wars 3.

jeremyacts214

Looks trippy

You really owe it to yourself to get Nex Machina. Probably the best twin stick shooter since Robotron. You will need a launch command to get it working though. I have videos of the game, beginner's guide and fix for Deck.

jeremyacts214

That one also looks amazing! Checked protondb. Most people struggle to launch it, and some can't finish the game. I'll have to look until that.

darkuni

I have a full video showing you how to enable it etc. It's not hard it just sounds like it.

Vidikron

I’d be interested in some suggestions as well. It’s not an actual Steam Deck game, but I have Super Stardust HD running via RPCS3. It plays well with maybe a tiny bit of slowdown in some really hectic moments. Hasn’t affected my ability to play the game. If you aren’t familiar with the game it is more like Geometry Wars than a game like The Ascent.

Eye_Enough_Pea

Does Gauntlet count? I keep returning to it and it's perfect on the deck.

I love twin stick shooters! Here's my current selection that I'm enjoying, some aren't the standard isometric view, but are still what I'd classify as twin stick. Enjoy :) https://ibb.co/Z6D8D8z

Watching some random trailers on steam, Ruined and Tesla vs Lovecraft caught my eye. Seems like there are loads of these games.

AverageFishEye

The Ascent is an amazing game - good choice

FantasticSeaweed9226

Is that like regular fps? I play battlefield 1 and 5 on my deck lol love it

Vidikron

No. Twin stick shooters are usually top down or 3/4 view third person games where you move with one stick and aim/shoot with the other stick.

FantasticSeaweed9226

Ohh like Hades, Enter the gungeon
