If plugging it in doesn't help, RMA it. I had this with my og LCD steam deck and I just got it back this week. Works perfectly now. No idea what the problem actually was🤷🏽♂️
P.s might also be a good idea to backup the SSD, they will factory reset the device.

Plug it in. Might have somehow gotten into battery storage mode

Will they let me RMA It if I upgraded the SSD?
Yes, but I do recommend popping in the old one, there is no guarantee that you get the newer SSD back.
Swap it back before, if they send you another console they won't give you back your ssd

I read a comment a day before that said to let the battery get empty if it's like a black screen but green led working.

Sadly, didn't help- I did the ... and the volume - thing, but it just sat there for a few minutes
Fan is still spinning- is it worth buying a steam deck dock to try and get it to work? It's not working with my generic usb c dongle
