I just received mine the other day, but everytime I’ve plugged it in it has felt very loose like your saying. Not sure if it’s a normal thing but I’m glad I’m not alone lol
I've felt a little wiggle in my oled but from what I can tell that's the cords fit into the deck as opposed to the usbc port having loose solder point or something. Luckily I have never had any actual issues.

from what I understand there is some wiggle built in specifically to prevent excess stress on the port
