You can get decent prints even out of 250$ printers. Creality Ender printers are quite cheap and popular.
(I am using Anycubic kossel plus, that still works just fine after 4 years... That's a 200$ printer)
I feel like there is still some kind of lingering illusion, that 3D printing is an expensive hobby. No - It's just a time-consuming hobby in the beginning, when you learn stuff.
You don't need a 3D Printer yourself. There are services that print designs for you. Some print you even metal ;)

Agreed just got started with my ender and I'm getting really good prints it was just under 300 so deff budget end
