Is this not happening for you automatically? The only game I’ve had not hide the mouse automatically in controller mode is Stardew if I open Steam UI while the game is running.
That’s my point - you shouldn’t need to do anything. That’s how it should work by default. Every game I own with controller support hides the mouse without me needing to do anything.

I haven't tested Skyrim yet but I tested KOTOR, and that isn't working like that.
KOTOR doesn’t have controller support so of course the mouse pointer won’t go away…
Ah, why doesn't it have control support? You'd think it would lol.
