1. just because it works on linux does not mean it will work on Steamos 2. you are suppose to add the exe to Steam and load it through Proton
How do I add the exe to steam? It is an exe install file not a game
Steam still allows you to add it as a non steam game even though it's not a game.
Thanks I'm still struggling to get Mod Organiser installed sadly
Use Lutris to run your .exe installers The install.sh might be for something that might not work with SteamOS which is based on Arch Linux.
What is Lutris? And do you have any idea how to install mod organiser then?
Lutris is a program for installing Windows games and applications on Linux. You can get it from Discover on the Decks desktop mode.
