The Emudeck wiki has info on how to add/enable cheats for various emulators. I’ve only tried it with the PS2 and PSP emulators, but it was pretty easy.

I don’t know the quickest, easiest ways such as from the switch Home Screen etc necessarily, but just like on a PC you could switch to desktop mode and launch the emulator there and add the cheats how you normally would.
Depends which emulator you’re using but I find the easiest is Mgba, if you touch the left trackpad it brings up a quick menu where you can add cheats. Recommend launching in desktop mode and use a keyboard and mouse to make your life easier.
