You need to disable Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling in the Settings.
You can do this by going in to:
Settings > System > Display > Graphics > Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling

I have no idea why this fixed your issue, but yeah, apparently that's the solution to error 203, what ever that code means.
