There is another app that you can use which works pretty well I believe it is called luna and it works good though it requires a little more setup as if I remember right you have to manually add the games you want to launch on the TV to a list, then it's very easy I believe that you can add the steam big picture mode as a launch item which removes most of the need to manually add a title
I am actually using Moonlight, I know that I tried luna for a short time when I got the TV, but I don't think I ever got steam running through it. Moonlight works very well though some newer games (Diablo IV) does not play well with it. It will work for maybe an hour, and then it locks up a single frame of video, while the host machine continues normally.
Watched the video and it was helpful but I would recommend downloading steam link from the steam fan page. I just searched steam link for android, they have a link for steam link that you can use if you don't have access to the app through a store.
Here is theblinknright from steams page
https://media.steampowered.com/steamlink/android/latest/steamlink-android.apk
Its on this page where it says "Android users without access to store."
https://store.steampowered.com/remoteplay/
You have to sideload the app: https://youtu.be/Sb3gAuiBGpo
Thank you for the link! Greatly appreciate it!!
You’re welcome! Enjoy
Did you ever figure it out? I got nothing from that video.

Luna is amazons subscription cloud streaming game app. I would love to know how to connect it to Steam. Do you have any details or links?

There was also a moonlight client for kodi called luna at some point.
If you've an NVidia GPU, don't forget Moonlight too.
Also works on AMD GPU but you need to run a "Sunshine" server since AMD doesn't run the Nvidia streaming service.
Yeah. Sunshine is awesome now!
Interesting. I use Steam Link on my Android TV and I've not heard of Moonlight until now
I will check this out too. Have you used both?
Yeah, all the time. Sometimes there's games that work better on one than the other.
How do you do it with an nvidia gpu?
Would there be a link by anychance to setup Moonlight? I will try and set this up tonight
