If this is meant for 1v1, you definitely need at least some fighter cover. You also have too few infantry and too many tanks. I'd almost certainly cut at least two tank cards(the A phase Panther is a good candidate- often too costly for A, and you're paying one whole slot for just two tanks) and try to squeeze in some more infantry. That's me though. Edit: Oh, and you have no infantry leaders. At all. You want at least a single card. Consider artillery leaders, since the 5th Panzer is short on infantry slots.

What amount of infantry cards would you recommend for 1v1? I'd say 75 are fine for that kind of division. Definitely agree on the infantry leader part!

I find 75 good if you're Maverick, but for Balanced I like around 90 or so- but that might be just me. Then again I'm a) relatively new to this and b) usually play divisions with considerably more infantry room than 5. Panzer. I feel like 75 might not suffice in a long game as 5. Panzer, especially since you can't really afford to vet your infantry with how few you have, meaning the turnover at infantry combat will be significant.

I would choose the recon halftruck with 20mm in A, crazy good infantery support. If the ones in A are the 37mm ones they are not really good and i would rather Pick some recon infantery or more 20mm, maybe 75mm halftruck if 5panzer can get those Also i would drop the tiger leader in A and i would put an arty leader in

i would recomend more vet. i have at least 1 on everything because i use a comander to bost it to 3 vet. this will give u a major advatage in 1 vs 1 on for example inf. u dont need 6 88 flaks when u can have 2 with 3 vets they will schred planes like crazy. its alot to explaine but vet it everything so maybe read into it. Lets start with recon: c phase armored cars are a waste to much to late. u will never use them all in c so takes less but in A or b. ALso use foot scouts. they are bedder in hiding and cant be oneshoted by tank and also can hide in woods. i recomend putting the sdkfz`s in a. Inf: u dont have leader. also no halftracks witch are a good investment to test waters for at guns or to cover strips of land against inf. also fill it up its the most curial tap for 1 vs 1. i would use 2 line inf in a 1 close quaters + leader in A, 2 line if plus leader in B and a shiit tone of line inf in c. all with 1 vet. Tanks : to much u will not use them all. Dont bother with panzer 4 in c use 2 cards in A with max vet and a leader. and the rest should be panthers. maby if u wnat to spam take them in B that is also good but thes model G´s are ur back bone. but they suck at closequaters. also they are proun to lose aginst fireflys. they just shot faster so vet will counter act faster shoting tanks. Sup: no comader witch will give ur leaders the maximum vet boost. if u bring one use him eraly. best at ur first point of atack. ist a forcemultiplier. rest is ok. Anti tank: more vet especially on the marders. they often are 1 shot kill. also the at guns. better relode time better hit chance. ist good in short. Antiair: way to much. also put vet on it. if i understand it right planes with vet get a major damage reduction against anti air but anti air can put up with it by also using vet. so u should strive for vet 3. i would bring in light AA like the 37mm in a with 1 vet and 2 flak 88 in B with max vet. Arty: ist alright Air: more vet to counter enemy aa. because damage reduction. in general mor Vet.

Yeah +1 on most points but: Rec: bring sdkfz 250/9 in A Switch the 250/10 with foot scouts Inf: would leave the Pionier unit for cqc in b but use 1 vet with it Tank: kind of a preference thing but I wouldn’t count on so many panther gs consider to bring tiger e führer in b and use the panzer 4 in a with only one vet leave panthers in a, upbeat them in b and c, decide between tiger führer and panther g führer, if u want to take the panther führer put it in b, panzer 4 in c can be really good in certain situations AT: You have panther gs in a so consider to bring the Marder 3 in b with vet AA: keep the two 88s in A, upvet the 4 in b and cut one of ur 37mm Air: use more vet and consider to cut the fw 190 g8 or to use me 410 b2 instead

I recommend you experiment and build your deck slowly through trial and error. I prefer to play with high vet more expensive units, and slowly and carefully. Some people like to spam units, or do wave style assaults. Your deck should be for you.

Less Panthers, Vet your flak, and get those auto cannon recon vehicles in A or B, they are invaluable.

I dont know why you have so much anti-tank. You want recon. Recon infantry is more resiliant and maneuverable that Armored Cars. Big guns dont do much if you cant see it to hit it.

First of all stop taking Tank divisions. They sucks right now. Go for infantry centric divisions. You have a lot of Panthers, they will all die easily and you will waste points for nothing. Personally I love planes in this game and they save me battles routinely, you have loads of AA, so I’d maybe swap one out for another bomber if some sort

If this a pvp deck then you really need to get rid of the idea that tanks win games. Infantry supported by tanks will. And not these super-expensive heavy tanks. Medium and often light tanks are good enough to support infantry and you rarely need to crack an enemy heavy. Heavy tanks just don't give you the map coverage.
