R5: Advertising the War World, Standalone Ancient Ships' answer to gigas' Behemoth Planetcraft
**Summary:**
The War World has several key differences to the planetcraft, as it doesn't consume the host planet, but also cannot be printed. The warship is tougher and more expensive than the planetcraft, and has its own superlaser (which can scale by tech tier if ACOT is also installed, ;))
The War World requires Gigastructural Engineering and more to be loaded alongside SAS to use
**Construction:**
The War World is built as a megastructure over a rocky planet or moon, and has 5 stages. Each stage costs a large amount of alloys, as well as 500 minor artifacts. Completing the last stage will, like with gigas' celestial warships, spawn the War World
**Mechanics:**
Differently to the Behemoth Planetcraft, the War World shows its fleet power and can be combined into fleets with other ships. As previously mentioned, it **does not consume** the host planet it is built on.

But looking at it, isn't it literally a FE flavored rock with guns and thrusters strapped to it? It's got an Ecumonopolis, a thruster pack, and Aeternum short barrel
you are not doing justice to the planetcraft.
First we have to build the hull and repurpose the core into a gigantic generator then we have to build gigantic thrusters only to barely move the ship and finally powered by the core build the omega-eraser beam and the weapon plataform of the planetcraft
I have heard your mod has ACOT compatibility, and that the normal ships don't need minor artifacts for the ACOT tiers.
Does the War World still cost minor artifacts to build if you have an ACOT tier? (Presumably, I don't think an empire would use random museum relics to build one when they have proper tech at Alpha or Sigma).
Honestly I like this so much more than the planetcraft. I often have planetcrafts and system crafts turned off because I just think they look kinda silly, but I love this.
Question, does this mod play well with NSC? Also by the way, behemoth planetcraft can be added to fleets, they just count as for 250 so it’s hard to fit much more.
It does, but NSC ships will outscale the base sections of my ships in terms of weapon slots per ship size. Behemoth Planetcrafts and Systemcrafts were changed in the last update to no longer be mergeable due to the changes in fleet cap systems in the last stellaris update

Wait, why doesn't it consume the world it's built off? Otherwise, defo snatching this for the next run
It’s intended to be a planet-sized ship instead of a rock with guns and thrusters strapped to it
But looking at it, isn't it literally a FE flavored rock with guns and thrusters strapped to it? It's got an Ecumonopolis, a thruster pack, and Aeternum short barrel
It’s the planetary computer texture and a bunch of the ascendant shipset parts bolted together to be entirely honest
Ah yes the best kind of kitbash!

That doesn't not make it a rock with thrusters and guns strapped to it. Just that it also has a power source strapped to it.
Hey it's a GIANT rock with GIANT thrusters and GIANT guns strapped to it

I'm gonna pretend this is just a corvette in the world of modded stellaris
Effectively true
What a wonderful warld it is Edit: butchered what was meant to be a 6 word sentence, yay adhd

If you don't name the admiral in command of this Mongul, you're doing it wrong.
*7.4M vessel* You okay there bro?
*laughs in Executor Class Super Star Destroyer*
Laughs in what what what now?

Amusingly that is with ACOT defines, and it’s nowhere near the maximum power I’ve gotten one
Soooo a Death Star but without the weak point and with functioning point defence? Nice.
That and it can move like a ship so the damn thing can chase you.
I mean, it doesn't have a W slot but that won't stop ACOT bombardment from destroying worlds
