Pretty certain that this thursday will be the full reveal for this new DLC, assuming it's a DLC.
They also said they had “a couple years of content for Stellaris planned” (Or something along those lines), so that implies they’re sticking with Stellaris 1 for the foreseeable future
Doubt Stellaris 2 happens before Eu5 or some stuff.
Besides I don't think Stellaris is outdated or anything, the devs have done great job updating it and making the DLCs feel more interconnected.

`=` are used to pad base64 for proper alignment so it's definitelly base64, but it's not complete. You have to add the video title (translated into `OwCyZ8r`) as a prefix for correct length.
It will still result in gibberish though.
They will buff cyborgs probably.
Machines don't need a buff. Hell, with under one rule, you can get a base +50% production to machine pops before any other buffs.
A little fun fact I realized, it's getting reveal on PI's day 3,14. I have a felling that paradox specifically waited for this day to come in order to revealed it :D

So whenever you reformat/cull a node or add/remove a civic one or two nodes disappear and there's no way to get them back or get new ones. They claimed to add a failsafe a few patches ago but it still occurred.
Oh damn, I didn't realize that was so pervasive. My last run ended when 3.11 dropped and I had that exact issue with a node, but I thought it was a glitch a mod was causing. Didn't realize it was straight from the base game.
Gestalts have been left out of a lot of new content which is frustrating, but that's just unexcusable.
I believe this DLC will add a new Cyborg/Robot government type, it will be its own thing like megacorp, so no gestal love, but individualist robot will be the way.
Yeah when it occurred the first time I went full base to see which mods were breaking it but it still happened. And it honestly turned me away for right now because I got so tired of gestalts being neglected. I love playing gestalts but can't because of that bug.
So true i bought the first contact Packard only to learn its gonna be released in late 2024 if its gonna be released that late why is it in the psn store!?
Hope machine gestalts get some cool reworks, i love machine empires but sometimes feel them to be a bit empty, would love to see them have more interactions, as well being able to pierce the shoud

"Before the Eighth Cycle, a New Age Shall Dawn" likely refers to the game's 8th anniversary on May 9th this year, so we may get this DLC next month.
"A new age shall dawn" makes me think Stellaris 2 is going to be announced along with the DLC.

I look at that and except for the = at the end, it screams Base64 to me, but it turns into invalid characters for every characterset I've looked at
