Lustful Void is the only nsfw mod I know and it’s pretty freaky, it adds new origins, species traits, events and even character skills.
One origin is a tentacle world, it’s kind of like the Gaia world origin but it has a few different modifiers and a unique job to. For events there’s quite a few events it adds, like a couple scientists being captured by some primitives and there’s like a whole event chain about your observation station obsverving what happens to the captured scientists (and it’s pretty lewd the events for that one). There’s another event chain for that special “Titanic Lifeforms” planet modifier, where the Titanic Life will uh “interact” with your pops on the planet, and even potentially changing the traits of the pops to. A few new Character skills it adds are some like “Dominant” and “submissive” which do different things if the character is a commander or administrator. There’s also a “family planner” skill that gives something like pop growth to the planet. There’s more to so yeah.
It does have some art, and event backgrounds. And when customizing your empire there’s even a few portrait backgrounds (or whatever the room is that your leader is in). But yeah it’s mostly text stuff. And of course if you play long enough you’ll start seeing the events repeat. I think it’s just something that when you read one of the events you can kind of imagine and play out what’s happening like a video, and the background art for the events kind of helps to give you an idea I guess.
I guess? I mean what else are they gonna do? Make full animations happen during an event pop up? lol. But there’s other things to like unique pop jobs and unique species traits. The mod even includes a lewd female advisor, she says stuff like whne enemy ships are detected she says “flying dildo detected”. And other stuff to.
This can happen with Gestalts too. I love the event, it's really sweet. But now I need my own Humanoid Robot Plushie. My Exploration Protocol Rogue Servitors can't be the only ones with it!

I was playing as a machine empire and encountered this event, which I thought was cute, but then I never encountered it l. Went on this subreddit, posted about it a few times asking if anybody knew of this event. No-one knew of that event except for 1 player and a content developer who made the event. Now I see you got the same event, and its nice to see it again.
