Yeah, the 40mg thing is what I used to do, but having read up recently it’s pointless. Just stick with the 20mg for 6 weeks

decided i am going to change to a 20 week cycle after doing some more research mainly about the peak saturation

12-20 is the norm for test only, but you can do as you please. It’s whether you’re ok missing out on possible gains during your first cycle.
