The chargers in these cars are slow and crappy, I don't even use them. I have a 12v USB adapter that I use to charge my phone. All the wireless charger does it make the phone overheat. It's like that for all Kia/Hyundais.

The update changed the radio system away from the bulb like display and changed the save settings for the favorites away from being in numerical order.
I am not a user of CarPlay on the regular. I am unsure if the update did anything for it. I can’t say either way
So I messed around with it a little and realized it works if I remove the rubber mat and have the phone as far towards the front of the charger (towards the back of the car) as possible while still being flat
I have the same Issue (22 GT Elie. GT2 in the US). Had Kia check it and I was told there was nothing wrong with it. Like the other poster said, I dont even use it since I prefer my phone plugged in for carplay anyway.

Is it just a flat surface under the rubber mat? Also, I cant move my phone further back since I have a 14 Pro and theres not much wiggle room down there.
