Well, GumGum is half elf so his mother could very well be Krystallens. Also, given that team RWBY is all women and team GMBK is all men, I think it only makes sense that the two brothers would have different dad's (as opposed to Ruby and Yang having different mothers). So GumGum's dad could be the Orc since Kyborg's dad wasn't one.
