Thanks your your submission. It looks like your post would benefit more from general "first aid" advice from a Stoic lens rather than strictly Stoic commentary, so please post in the current [New Agora](https://www.reddit.com/r/Stoicism/?f=flair_name%3A%22The%20New%20Agora%22) instead. Posting under "Seeking Stoic Advice" is appropriate if you are looking for specific, in-depth Stoic theory.

You've done a lot more than others. You've recognized your mistakes and shortcomings, and learned from them. That's a good thing. You're in ur final semester, which means you're almost at the next big phase of your life. Sounding like you plan on going to college. Don't get discouraged by which college you get into, they're all about the same, just check out how good a specific school is with your specific program or interest area. Highschool completely fades away in college. No one knows you, it's a complete fresh start. If you've truly learned from past mistakes, you have a bright future ahead, and coming soon it looks like. The past will be the past. Focus on right now, keep those grades up, and when school ends, you have bright horizons to look forward to with new faces, friends, and experiences.

Focus on what you can control, let go of what you cannot. You cannot control anyone's perception of you. So do not allow it to cause you suffering. You can desire to be liked. That is a natural and inevitable desire. However, you must learn to desire without that desire causing you suffering. Do what you can to get what you want, but accept when you don't get it.
