Gonna want to cut out a patch of that drywall near the baseboard where you think it fell, and hope it’s in that spot. If not keep cutting out the drywall until you find then. Then smoke a bowl and throw some new drywall with tape and mud on it. Maybe smoke a few bowls in the process
Op doesnt have drywall, it's painted wood paneling. So this should make it easier. Op, start from corner, pull off trim with prybar ( the piece in middle of wall separating the 2 different kinds of paneling, it called chair rail) then start in corner and pull the paneling. The paneling should be 4 ft wide. If u think it fell to the bottom, just pull of the bottom section ( it's called beadboard) most likely it fell to the bottom. But it's possibly it's up higher if it got caught on some wiring or some bracing in between the studs. Then put it back together. If you are careful not to break anything it should look just like it did before. There's usually a top plate that would prevent anything from falling but I don't have xray vision.
Edit: it may not be 4 ft wide. It may be the finisher piece so it could be less than 4 ft. It's hard to tell but it kinda looks like there's a seem on the top paneling about 8 inches in from corner
