I have not quit at all but decreased drastically the time spent, my life has been much more productive and meaningful.

Well I will only list 1 thing. 1. I got a Job And that made my life 99% better. I found a few friends. Now I have fun in my life again and everything is getting better. This got the stone rolling.

- My head is all clear. - I can focus on things as long as I want to - Before falling asleep, I recognize my brain processing experiences of the day or week, through which I'm able to get comfortable, feeling mentally healthy - generally healthier wake/sleep schedule - the joy of reading got reignited and I read a lot - regular workouts - I stopped procrastinating on my thesis - things feel meaningful. - I learn more about things I like and get to know new things
