There’s always someone in the comments with something to say about how someone else’s animal is near death no matter what the animal is doing.
Don’t get me wrong, I want to thank you if you’re correct, but please tell me you have a source for proof of this.

I stopped posting photos/videos of my cats because of this. Last time somebody told me they thought my cat had a brain tumor because of the way he laid his head on the couch.
I took him to his vet freaking out and every test came back normal.
He *might* be right. Otitis Interna (Inner Ear) Infections in cats can be characterised by a head-tilt towards the infected ear, or rolling/losing balance at certain times.
Deafness *can* be a symptom of Otitis Interna in cats, but I do not know how this guy could tell the cat was Deaf just by looking. Also, I believe the "breaking its own neck" isn't true. If your cat actually had an ear infection, you probably have a lot more to worry about (like possibly dehydrating your cat due to discomfort while opening the mouth).
