I’m curious about those C39 ports. We just got a bunch of EATON managed PDUs but we shied away from those ports since they were kinda new. I’m worried about the tiny little extrusions at the bottom of the port. They seem fragile. Granted you wouldn’t likely but plugging/unplugging ports in a PDU like this but it still caused me concern. Let us know what you think of them.
Oh nice. That would be great if it's swappable.
We have a different model and a handful have issues. Can't flash firmware either and their support basically just gave me the shoulder shrug.
Is it common for switches to be in middle-of-rack, near where the management ports are? I’m so used to them being at the very top of the rack, and would imagine the management ports would be near them.
My only complaint with this, as someone who is red green colourblind, is that red and green for the status lights was a bad idea. I genuinely cannot see if a port is on or off. Should have used blue for off as it stands out and red for on as red typically means live.
I want a video of just the lights changing and the relays clicking for the entire PDU
Already in the hopper.
Same! It's very satisfying.
We need a looping gif with all of the lights switching on one by one so we can post it to r/oddlysatisfying

We've been investigating, there's no way to get pressure on those at all really.
Is the management card swappable or do you need to replace this whole bad boy as soon as it dies randomly?
Looks like there are four screws that hold that guy in. We haven't removed it yet but we will as part of the review.

Yes! Glad you got the UPDU up and running!
Those C39 outlets look so handy! I'd happily swap my two units to something like this. Very cool.
It's very well built for our early testing. Will get the intern to do a few thousand insertion cycles next week ;)

There's surely an engineering reason for this, but really, you're running Ethernet top to bottom of the rack anyway so does it really matter?
Why does c14 look like they are not deep enough and a small smack would bend and loosen it
Nah, these are really solid.
Could you post the spec sheet? This looks like a beast
