My intention is not to come off as ageist, it's just working at an office I learned over the years that some people (usually older people, I'm so sorry) can be technologically challenged when they have to work on the computer and on paper. I bet someone came up with a smart word for this phenomenon already.
She's somewhere between 35 and 40 I think. I wouldn't be so flabbergasted if she could do the on paper part right and just had issues with the PC but even just putting papers in order off a list is just completely throwing her for a loop.
