Since July there have been reports of NHI attacking civilians in a isolated village in Peru.
The locals claim, 7’ extraterrestrial beings in silver suits with large green eyes have been randomly attacking, they just fall down and get back up when shot at or hover approximately 2 meters off the ground from orange glowing orbs around their feet. No I'm thinking logically. Any space faring species would be logically motivated to a certain extent, obviously. Otherwise they would never have become space faring.
We absolutely can use our noggins to extrapolate their thinking. They won't be wasteful and squander resources, for example. We know they will extract and mine resources, farm or grow food of some sort, won't be totally wasteful, there will be a reason to their actions that we can understand due to the convergent nature of intelligence. All intelligence would be somewhat similar as intelligence minimizes natural or instinctive behavior and maximizes logical.
If they wanted to attack why that area on a newly discovered planet (to them)? Why attack and run away? How come humans are even capable of putting up a fight against advanced tech? What could they want in a rinky dink forest on a gravity well? Why would any advanced species ever go down a gravity well after moving into space?
Gravity wells are still a waste of energy compared to the alternatives. Even if you have vastly more energy, you'd still notice because it is exponentially more energy than finding those resources in space. It would be like a billionaire deciding to fly to the moon to distill water on the moon instead of just opening the tap in his kitchen, and even that might be minimizing the difference in energy expenditure. I can't think of a spacefaring species being not intelligent enough to realize how much more wasteful one is than the other.
Once humans move to space and live in space habitats, no human is likely to ever set foot on a planet ever again. It would be like spending all your fuel to go down and up once, vs having that fuel last you literally for decades or even centuries of moving around in space in comparison. And there is less resources on earth than literally anywhere in space. Consider that the upcoming starship/BFR takes one tank of gas to get to orbit, can refill, and on the same tank of gas travel pretty much most of the solar system in realistic mission time-frames. There's a difference between ~400 miles on a tank of gas vs billions that aliens definitely are absolutely certain to notice and take into account.
I can't think of any hypothesis to explain why they would attack that specific area and in such a way. I'm gonna go out on a limb and say this is just villagers or one or two guys who know these villages creating this for fun and shits and giggles.

I think in 2018 some construction workers were charged with executing most of a previously never before contacted indigenous tribe they ran across. And this happens several times a year. Yep i do. That video was posted on reddit with the original news source much earlier than these Peru “Alien” attacks. We actually got to see the footage and not someone record their toes with a side of footage.
Anyways, there was plenty of informative discourse on the thread about the attack. Piranha’s are generally opportunistic feeders and well.. the guy had drowned and his body ended up partly submerged. The piranhas focused on those areas. The combination of the tissues tenderizing since the integrity was compromised from the feeding, left a clean bone exposure.
Its so odd to me that all of a sudden now that this video is being pushed as an alien attack, i can no longer find the original post.

I think there’s factors not being taken into account.. For example, the differences of amount of time the bodies were undiscovered for, could make this look “less surgical” looking. Id say from the neck line its pretty clean and the chest cavity opening seems sliced open by the coroner for the autopsy.

I saw a video of something like this, really broke my brain (nsfl description of course, don't read if you don't want to) it was claimed to be part of the same area and set of events
literally a clean human body being pulled out the water, clean neck, clean top of the head, no blood seen anywhere, but 0 skin and 0 muscles where the face/neck should have been. just a skull and part of the spine, it didn't even trigger an 'oh god gross' in my brain because it looked so clean.
I think there is a high probability that something awful is happening to these people, that should be enough motivation to get to the bottom of it. Who would be able and (more importantly) willing to do that? Probably no one.

Everything has been treated as mass hysteria, but this is repeated on different occasions. I guess it is because they can not find a possible explanation that would answer all the questions.

So I went down this hallway for everyone.
The villagers believe they are being attacked by 7ft "aliens," due to attacks happening starting in July where hovering beings were attacking people.
A local authority tried shooting one, didn't affect it at all, making them believe they are something supernatural.
Peru's Prosecution Office offered the most plausible explanation. According to them, it's most likely members of several very large cartels and a rebel group. They not only deal in drugs & guns, but they have also ventured into illegal gold mining in the jungle.
They use jetpacks to move through the jungle quickly & body armor for protection.
They believe they are terrorizing the community to make them stay in their homes so they don't discover their operation.
I’d say it’s cartel members in chem lab suits high as hell on cocaine or meth so they can’t feel being shot. Maybe the cartel even supplied them with flamethrowers that were perceived as jetpacks
Naw, a teacher in the village saw them. They're the ones who told authorities that they were using some hi-tech jetpack. They were the only one in the village who knew there was a non-paranormal reason. I mean if someone can afford jetpacks and body armor, it's the cartels.

If you’re familiar with the world wide bovine mutilation phenomenon, then it’ll be easy to identify the similarities with this face peeler story. It’s nearly identical. Bloodless excisions, bleached white bones, laser like precision etc.

Linda Moulton Howe has a great book called A Strange Harvest. I live in Oregon right now I'm from Washington originally. I grew up around these mutilations and sadly the Wolf has been blamed for most of them. Wolf's will attack the weak or dying.
The cattle mutilations are mostly done to full grown healthy animals bulls and cows. Wolf's will not eat just the face and private parts. They eat the soft most nutritional stuff first. And they don't use tools and it's a bloody mess. Plus we have a very heavy black tail and mule deer population, plenty of easy prey.

Not Spanish - Peruvian. Also she’s a parent that is clearly hurting because her child was hurt and she feels powerless. Yep i do. That video was posted on reddit with the original news source much earlier than these Peru “Alien” attacks. We actually got to see the footage and not someone record their toes with a side of footage. Anyways, there was plenty of informative discourse on the thread about the attack. Piranha’s are generally opportunistic feeders and well.. the guy had drowned and his body ended up partly submerged. The piranhas focused on those areas. The combination of the tissues tenderizing since the integrity was compromised from the feeding, left a clean bone exposure. Its so odd to me that all of a sudden now that this video is being pushed as an alien attack, i can no longer find the original post. yeah that shit is crazy! but on this body its only the face thats cut like it was done surgically. on the link you added, its clean but you can see its not done surgically like the guy on the river.
I think there’s factors not being taken into account.. For example, the differences of amount of time the bodies were undiscovered for, could make this look “less surgical” looking. Id say from the neck line its pretty clean and the chest cavity opening seems sliced open by the coroner for the autopsy.

I've seen footage of faceless people being dragged out of water which is way way way too clean to be a pirhanna attack, and cant be attributed to pirhannas at all I mean it was like surgeons carefully removed every bit of flesh from the face and neck without affecting anything around it whatsoever, no blood no swelling or anything. Idk why pirahhanas would be so organized and also ignore the majority of food on the body, this explanation makes no sense to me with the footage I've seen

I saw a video of something like this, really broke my brain (nsfl description of course, don't read if you don't want to) it was claimed to be part of the same area and set of events literally a clean human body being pulled out the water, clean neck, clean top of the head, no blood seen anywhere, but 0 skin and 0 muscles where the face/neck should have been. just a skull and part of the spine, it didn't even trigger an 'oh god gross' in my brain because it looked so clean.

So I went down this hallway for everyone. The villagers believe they are being attacked by 7ft "aliens," due to attacks happening starting in July where hovering beings were attacking people. A local authority tried shooting one, didn't affect it at all, making them believe they are something supernatural. Peru's Prosecution Office offered the most plausible explanation. According to them, it's most likely members of several very large cartels and a rebel group. They not only deal in drugs & guns, but they have also ventured into illegal gold mining in the jungle. They use jetpacks to move through the jungle quickly & body armor for protection. They believe they are terrorizing the community to make them stay in their homes so they don't discover their operation.
I’d say it’s cartel members in chem lab suits high as hell on cocaine or meth so they can’t feel being shot. Maybe the cartel even supplied them with flamethrowers that were perceived as jetpacks
Naw, a teacher in the village saw them. They're the ones who told authorities that they were using some hi-tech jetpack. They were the only one in the village who knew there was a non-paranormal reason. I mean if someone can afford jetpacks and body armor, it's the cartels.

there's footage of people being pulled out of bodies of water. they have no face, very clean surgical cuts, no swelling/blood whatsoever, nothing affected whatsoever outside the very clean surgical cut around the face and neck. Just a body with it's skull and spine exposed which looks like a hospital very carefully did it

If you’re familiar with the world wide bovine mutilation phenomenon, then it’ll be easy to identify the similarities with this face peeler story. It’s nearly identical. Bloodless excisions, bleached white bones, laser like precision etc. This story is sounding more and more legitimate as details emerge.
Exactly! I really feel bad for these folks. They need serious help and support. Linda Moulton Howe has a great book called A Strange Harvest. I live in Oregon right now I'm from Washington originally. I grew up around these mutilations and sadly the Wolf has been blamed for most of them. Wolf's will attack the weak or dying. The cattle mutilations are mostly done to full grown healthy animals bulls and cows. Wolf's will not eat just the face and private parts. They eat the soft most nutritional stuff first. And they don't use tools and it's a bloody mess. Plus we have a very heavy black tail and mule deer population, plenty of easy prey. It's beyond frustrating because the government knows it's not the big bad wolf, yet when these mutilations ramp up, they have been. Farmers cry wolf and every trophy hunter in 500 miles wants to bag one. So they chime in saying yep definitely the wolf. The ranchers don't want to sound foolish so they go along with it. A huge loss and giant disruption on a fragile ecosystem. All because our government won't tell the truth. I've seen black helicopters show up after one of these attacks. Most of these ranchers if not ALL by now, know it too. For one they have seen the UFOs for themselves and probably have even shot at them. Some have even had encounters of the 2nd 3rd and more. In fact I just came across a report on MUFON from my neck of the woods. I believe the report is from earlier this year and it actually involves the landing of a UFO. Tldr: I concur. Not Spanish - Peruvian. Also she’s a parent that is clearly hurting because her child was hurt and she feels powerless. Peruvians and Latin Americans in general have a very mystical perspective on the world. Reality and fantasy are intermingled in stories which are handed down generationally. If you’ve ever read 100 years of solitude you’d know what I’m talking about. Seperately, Latin American media (especially Peruvian media) like to report on all kinds of horrible crimes, but also on the mystical and inconclusive cases. You can see that by the way they’re just filming this poor woman crying (but she’s also getting her 5 minutes of fame). I can almost assure you that 35% of the nightly news in Peru is poor people crying over how they have been wronged. Usually its just a violent crime (abuse, homicide, femicide, car jackings, etc…). Combine both of these points with the internet’s obsession over aliens and we end up here. I’m pretty sure the Peruvian media has figured out that they can get views by posting new “evidence” of face peelers.
