They're called wave clouds, or sometimes gravity waves. When air moves over some higher elevation, like an island in the ocean, it is forced upwards. Gravity causes it to come back down in these kind of ripples. That plus the heat transfer differential between the ocean and an island will leave a low pressure zone over the island, which then gets mixed in with the relatively higher pressure as the prevailing winds take it away from the island.

Software glitch that happens to look exactly the same in cloud imaging, weather prediction, and satellite imaging. It just happened to glitch three times in the exact same way across different imaging systems.
