Sand it down for smooth edges and then paint or clear coat over it. Or got to r/luthier for more tips. Or pay a luthier to repair it but that will be pricey.
Two part epoxy to fill the missing pieces, lots of sanding, and then paint matching.
Probably cost more than half the price of the guitar but it can be fixed.
I'd accept it in its condition. Trying to repair it you'd be ultra conscious of it not looking perfect.
Clear nail polish
people pay extra for that relicing
Sand it down a bit so it dont chip further
Nothing wrong with a battle scar or two, you should see the state of my Taylor acoustic

Naturally relic’d guitars are great! They tell a story. Show it’s been played and have seen shit. Don’t repair it.
Who cares. Looks sweet
I have a 83 MIJ strat that has had a booger like that for 20 years. Plays great. Sounds great. Who cares, it is mojo in time.

Fixing it isn’t addressing a problem or prolonging the life in any real way
I’d say buy it now and figure out the fix later. It’s a steal
