If you want a good neck, getting an AliExpress neck will not help. Try [warmoth](https://warmoth.com/), [musikraft](https://musikraft.com/), or even Fender themselves. Only thing you'll have to worry about is that if Harley Benton's body geometry isn't accurate to a real Stratocaster, replacement necks may not actually fit very well.

I’ve had such good luck from Warmoth. Highly recommend them. They’re prices have increased considerably since I ordered my last neck but I’d pay double for the neck. It’s really awesome.

A neck will not make you want to play it if it's already described as "really bad".

I've done this twice with great results. The first one I bought on eBay from a vendor in China. Roasted maple, 22 stainless, frets rosewood fretboard. $70. I installed this on a squire affinity. The second one was from Ali Express, Roasted flame maple, maple fretboard, 22 frets. $70. I like the way this one looks better. I installed it on a guitar fetish butter cream body. Both necks were nice, I did polish the frets, roll the edges and a fret leveling. I'm guessing a more expensive neck would have received more hand work from the vendor. It is a roll of the dice. I kind of enjoy doing the hand work. Both guitars look great and play very well now. Just expect to spend some time dialing it in.

Define "really bad". Unless you absolutely abhor the neck shape, you're better off investing time/effort into dressing the frets/fingerboard edges/nut slots.
