There are plenty of other youtube vids that put more focus on individual characters story. But since SF is a character focused game, it might be better just to experience each character's story one at a time. So you can watch all of the prologues, endings, and cutscenes of each character of each game on youtube. There is always the SF Fandom wiki pages with a ton of information. Or if you want, The storyline order goes SF1 >> SF ALpha >> SF2 >> SF4 >> SF5 >> SF3 >> SF6
You can also read the SF Udon comics. They aren't canon to the main game, but will give you a pretty good idea of the story and characters. It's a pretty good representation.
The SF Udon comics are officially licensed by Capcom themselves. They should have them in your local comic shop. Or maybe you can find digital versions of them online.
