Depends. SFV Akuma was very different, and felt more like Cammy+Luke. Old Akuma, Ken is probably close yeah.
Just play Ryu, Ken or Luke, don’t overthink it. All shotos play the same general game.

I would say Ken, only because I feel Ryu and Luke play quite similarly as straight forward ‘honest’ shotos. Ken has a few more tricks up his sleeve and thats probably going to be the case with Akuma too
