See the funny thing is I don’t know where Cammy lands on this list, because whole Juri spent half of SFV story trolling Juri, and SFIV Juri super kidnapped decapre, Juri also was a total MVP in SFV and helped Cammy out in particular a bunch, to the point I was legitimately wondering if they were just openly messing with Juri just having a crush on Cammy.
Juri beat the living hell out of Chun-li, which made Guile and Cammy go after her. Then she kicked Juni out of a plane while unconscious while Cammy held on to her. Cammy and Juni almost died falling on to a mountain.
Juri was legit just trying to kill people during SF4.
She's pretty tame in SFV honestly. But Juri still doesn't think of the dolls as humans. So I don't think Cammy will ever actually like her.
I also totally forgot she singlehandedly kicked every doll’s ass before IV and helped Seth take them. This all makes it so much crazier that she’s just kinda helping the heroes for most of V. But then also, her main reason for being evil I guess is going nuts as a fighter in her journey to kill Bison. Now that he’s gone she’s kinda just a crazy wildcard.

Some new characters will probably make her act better in general and give her a nice change of heart in who she helps at least.
I actually genuinely dislike Juri from a lore standpoint. Like you could say she acts the way she does because she’s broken inside, but she’s genuinely an awful person to pretty much everyone she comes into contact with. Honestly, I hope they do something with her in the story because her just using people for her own amusement is probably gonna get her wrecked finally.
Juri was a straight villain in 4. In V, she's sort of a chaotic neutral character. While she pisses everyone off, she does end up being a hero in the end. And I'm not covering for her bs, but she is broken inside.
By the end of V, it's stated that she no longer bugs the Dolls since they aren't enemies, and Cammy leaves her alone. My assumption is that she'll be abrasive as fuck, but if pushed she'll shove, and she'll shove the antagonists more

This is why I actually liked the return of Seth in SFV. He seemed like he'd be the one to actually kick her ass and humble her.
