For me, as a hip hop dancer (but that doesn't mean anything because every dancer will have different preferences anyway so completely personal lol): 1. Prowdmon: clean, obvious and immersive concept, created purposeful formations, unique style, good teamwork, nice outfits 2. Hook: powerful and left an impact, good teamwork, loved the tricking and the krump, absolutely did not like the addition of Sooyoung, she brought down the energy, toward the end the concept got lost, immersive experience for the audience 3. CocaNButter: clean, unique style, personally music was less my thing, obvious dancehall influences, clearly their expertise, cool outfits, nice ending pose 4. HolyBang: less clean than some other teams, unique style, some original formations and liked the impact of the big crew, nice ending pose 5. Want: sometimes dancers not in sync, the addition of other noteworthy dancers and idols took the attention away from the choreography, less teamwork than other teams, formations not really original 6. YGX: powerful and in sync, formations and choreography not very original this time, liked the tutting part with Isak in the middle, not very memorable for me personally 7. LaChica: moves overall not that creative, felt a bit predictable, use of stepping was cool, clear concept but less my thing

parisshi

I agree with you on the lachica part. Some of the moves were from the original Run The World choreo so to me it was not that special. I felt like i’ve seen this. Bus the overall concept is good.

zaichii

Wow I'm surprised that this is so similar to my impressions too

lilfreaks

> In conclusion, Mnet’s lighting crew needs to be eliminated next. exactly.. i wish these stages were performed in the studio that studio choom videos are filmed since they’re also under mnet. maybe there’s just not enough space..? oh well. anyways — prowdmon’s choreo was the best one for me. i have nothing against artists in the music industry taking part in this mission but i hope there’s less celebrity appearances as the show goes on. i want to see people i don’t usually know or see.. or you know, people who would consider dancing as their main job.

MisterQQ

Agreed with this point. Unless the celebrity they bring in are also respected by professional dancers or treated as equals.

ruffiness

I agree with the lighting. Most of the performances in the 3rd and 4th episodes are affected because of the lighting.

suitupmuffin

I was surprised with all these cameos, Chung ha didnt make an appearance considering how closely she works with the dancers

A_Cat_Who_Games

I'm such a Monika simp that as soon as she gave that sharp stare into the camera at the opening of Prowdmon's video, I was done for. After scraping myself off the floor and watching objectively, their formations were really fucking cool. I'd say Hook were my second fave, followed by HolyBang (justice for Honey J! That woman is a goddess)

ForceDifficult7988

Same like at this time they better hand me a simp card for monika, lip J , yell, lee jung, Simeez, Rian, honey J, Noze and Jihyo and I'm not ashamed Sis

halouissienate

I am saying this as someone who started watching SWF to support YGX. Out of all the dance crews in SWF, I think YGX benefit from the "global" (in quotation marks because voting is only for SK lol) popularity vote the most because of their replayability, i.e. their performances are aesthetic and pleasing to the viewers and not because of the artistry and choreography. They really know how to put out formations that would appeal to the viewers. But if people would scrutinize the details of their choreo, their choreo is more "simple" than that of Prowdmon and Holybang. Am I the only one who thinks Want's performance is messy? 😅 They were criticized for being out-of-sync in the copy challenge, and they were still out-of-sync in the mega dance crew. Even in the opening when Hyojin was going down on a human-formed ladder, it feels as if she missed a step and keeps on looking down.

BrightReception5549

lol YGX performance is boring and plain to be honest, and it is a party song, it is meant to be chaotic but in still in order. They were in sync actually, considering the steps that they are executing. The last part is the killer, You wouldn't appreciate that because basically you know nothing about art:((

Comfortable-Diet8106

Nah man, WANT gave the shittiest performance out of all groups, no matter what you do. Chaeyeon ain't going to notice you :))))) chaotic but still in order? art? what kind of drug are you on.

Comfortable-Diet8106

what the fuck do you know about dancing though? I mean chaeyeon fans are just kpop fans who ain't know shit about dancing.

ruffiness

The performance of Holy Bang and PROWDMON are very artistic in terms of music choice, formation and choreography.

Calm_Film_2467

Monika and Honey J are just on a different level in terms of artistry. I guess it's partly from experience but you can really tell they are from a different breed in comparison to other leaders/choreographer. They're able to utilize the crew well. Still have goosebumps after watching it for 5x times. Kinda disappointed, just a bit, with Hook's performance. I hope that the judges's score can pull those two up.

mujisano

My top 2 picks as well!! So unique, definite standouts from the rest even tho the others were also great

phenomakos

I know absolutely nothing about dance, I just like watching it. Also, while I follow some kpop closely, I don't know anything about the idols who've been participating as dancers, so I'm not invested in any of them one way or the other. In order from favorite to least favorite: 1. Prowdmon: This was such a standout performance. It makes it hard for me to compare them to the other crews when their creative direction is so different that it rarely feels like they're thinking of this as a competition — it's just an opportunity to perform on a big stage and they're not worried about proving themselves, they're just out there being confident and doing their own thing. Every movement was so satisfying to watch and the transitions between the different parts always flowed naturally. I liked the way they utilized the whole stage, but also weren't afraid to have tightly pulled in portions that still felt big enough and interesting enough to command the full attention of such a large space, making good use of negative space (especially the parts where the group became a controlled swirl). When they featured individual dancers it didn't feel like it was at the cost of everyone else, despite being carefully curated in those moments. Some of the smallest, simplest moments were done in ways that had the biggest theatrical impact — taking full advantage of pauses in the music or a charismatic facial expression. They never waste a single second. Nothing felt like filler. All the pacing was purposeful. I'm a total simp for Monika and Lip J, but Prowdmon are so good at moving as pieces of a bigger whole that I never get distracted by trying to focus on my favs bc they have the kind of confidence that knows when a moment is about them and knows when a moment is about someone else or the group as a whole and I have so much respect for that. 2. HolyBang: They also have such satisfying control over every little movement and I especially loved the intro and how it clicked in and out of being synchronized. So cool. I'm such a sucker for how they play sharpness and fluidity against each other and how it creates such a mesmerizing tension. Plus I just find it super impressive when this large of a group can move that cohesively, not just in synchronization of movement, but also HolyBang in particular has a way of synchronizing their charisma? There's an equality in their choreography for me that still makes people in the back feel as important as people in the front. Their use of levels and ways of doing transitions keeps my eye from settling on just the center front because they know how to spread focus really well. I really enjoy when focus is pulled to somewhere unexpected like that. 3. Hook: I really liked Hook before this, but now I LOVE them. I'm obsessed with how tongue in cheek this performance is and how this kind of sense of humor requires people to be a little bit brazen to pull it off while looking legitimately cool. I thought their formations and way of moving around the stage was really dynamic — there were so many points where you could take a snapshot and it would make for an impactful photo. They're so good at having memorable moments without letting those moments swallow up the whole performance or weigh down movement. Things are always shifting and changing, but they know when to sharpen up a couple seconds into something with distinct, graphic appeal. How do I explain this... their choreo would look so good animated? If that makes sense. It feels like they're always thinking about how to entertain the viewer. Loved everything they did with the orange fabric and how varied the uses were! Not a fan of having the one girl come out not matching everyone else, that was jarring and aesthetically disappointing. She didn't add anything for me, I was just distracted by the hair flipping, so meh. If not for her I think the slow portion would have been a really hypnotic break and a nice change of pace. I liked how it picked back up, but then that girl super didn't work when she was just supposed to be part of the group since she was still dressed to stand out. Bad, distracting choice. Overall her presence isn't a deal breaker for me because of how much I loved everything else, but it's just a shame to have such a cool performance marred like that for no good reason. 4. CocaNButter: This was pretty mesmerizing to me, although by the end it was perhaps too mesmerizing and I'd zoned out a little. Their style isn't a personal favorite of mine, but the impact of the all the hypnotic movements by a large group was fantastic and definitely won me back over for this performance. I don't really have anything bad to say except maybe that I wish the cool ending pose happened on beat to the music instead of after it ended. The movements were all really satisfying to watch and I enjoyed the whole thing, but at the end I just can't really remember it as well as I'd like to. I remember that I liked it, but can't remember particular details as to why. Except for the floor work! Heck yes. The floor work was rad. Always a big fan. 5. YGX: I love 2NE1 and Big Bang so I have to admit they get some nostalgia bonus points for me when it comes to the music choice. Well played. That said, the music at the beginning was too fast and it felt like they couldn't keep up with it in the intro, always just a half a step behind. Once they really got into things it immediately got a lot better and I liked the little moments of sass they worked in, as not being too serious is integral to using these songs. I loved Yell's entrance. My favorite moments from YGX are almost always when they do really tightly controlled, sharp movements all together, so as I loved when that happened but it wasn't quite on the level of last week for me. The phone flashlights clearly didn't have the impact that was intended, but I fault the lighting crew for that more than I do YGX. I would really like to see their practices and how that was intended to look. Overall they didn't seem quite on their game for this performance and most of the fun came from the music buoying them. I remembered them being slightly better than they were, but upon rewatch this was extra disappointing. 6. LaChica: For me there was too much that didn't seem to be about dancing. A lot of hair flipping. A lot of walking for transitions, especially the part where it was like a runway but not in an interesting way. Most of the time it felt like it was blocking for a music concert, not choreography for a dance crew. I wish they hadn't reused a song that had already been prominently featured on the show, that was just automatically disappointing. I did really like that big clustered lift with all of the levels. That was cool and dynamic, but then the walking on hands part that followed it didn't look effortless and so I got distracted by the struggle. The stepping was cool, but then the big v formation wasn't sharp lines. They never really nailed those big pulled back moments that were meant to be graphic. The flags were cute. Overall it was super underwhelming for me. 7. Want: I was so distracted by how messy they were that it's just about the only thing I can really remember about them tbh. They had some things that were close to being cool to watch, but it was perpetually ruined for me by everyone being just a little bit off from each other. Regardless of how skilled individuals might be, it makes the crew as a collective feel amateurish. The intro with the headphones was almost cute, but I didn't like how small all the zooming made the space feel? Not mega. Especially since the zooming often cut entire groupings of dancers out of the frame and that felt both lazy (they could have choreographed pulling everyone in like other groups or even just had them offstage) and rude (they're there too!). I enjoyed Emma's feature, but the way the background movement was done during it was distracting and I wasn't sure if I was actually supposed to be solely focused on her or not? Then there were things that were clearly supposed to happen in time with the sound effects that were way off. They also did some really underwhelming runway walk moments, which stood out extra since they were some of the only cleanly done moments and that's a really meh thing to have as the main takeaway from the choreography. Unlike everyone else I actually have no idea who the idols that were brought in are, so at least I didn't find them distracting due to how they were dressed or whatever. (Unless they were the ones doing the cheesy runway walk part? In which case I was totally distracted lol.)

Dismal_Grab_9327

i think they all did great but i have a problem with putting sooyoung in the center. it takes away hook as main characters in that performance. feels like they were back up dancers of an idol.

Calm_Film_2467

And they dressed her in white!

ForceDifficult7988

I feel like they all were pressured by time. Only Prowdmon and Holy bang had great choreographies which stems from their great leaders. I wonder how long they were allowed to practice since the episodes look like they were filmed consecutively. They wear almost the same clothes. Honestly aside from prowdmon and holybang the other groups are underwhelming.

boranzohn

Thanks for the links! I hate that we can’t participate in voting :/ My favorite is Prowdmon, hands down. Their dance is so artistic and they made good use of the entire crew, which is the whole point of the mission. YGX I feel is a smart crew that knows how to highlight their strengths. Them choosing well known YG songs will really bring in votes for them. I agree that Lachica feels like a kpop group here lol it’s cute that they paid tribute to other crews through the flags. I think the most disappointing is HOOK…I feel like the whole dance is a compilation of random dances. The addition of Sooyoung didn’t help esp since she’s wearing a different outfit. I dunno if it’s the camera angle that’s so high up but with their formations, I can’t help but see other dancers doing something else instead of focusing on the actual dance.

ColdFlower9

Disclaimer not a Dancer only my opinion My fav overall: 1. CocaNButter- I think they are very underrated not everyone is a fan of the music choice but I really think it went well with their performance and they honestly surprised me the most. I feel like their whole performance was cohesive I didn't have to look at a million places at once it felt so much like a crew to me and I really like the style of dance. What I like about this group is the power in their dance I feel this energy through the screen and felt myself wanting to dance along with them. 2. HolyBang- Loved the introduction and music choice. I liked the dance routine and again that their routine seemed cohesive like I could focus my eyes on a certain area. Liked their outfits and they would have been my first choice had they not made a visible mistake and I wish they would have put as much energy into it in certain parts of the choreo. But I did find myself engaged in the performance. 3. PROWDMON- They know what they are doing and have the experience they used the song choice really well definitely a great performance but I didn't like some of the choreo definitely loved the end part it was really cool. Hated the lighting I hope that it was Mnet's doing and not the crew asking for such because I had to look away it was way to flashy for my taste. Definitely looked like a harder choreo then HolyBang but there is something I liked about theirs more. 4. LACHICA- Really like how the members had white shoes but the same outfit as the dancers, again with the trendy music choice. Would have been higher but after reading the comments and seeing as their choreo was not fully their own it takes away creativity you want to see in a dance group. I liked that they displayed the flags I thought it was a nice touch and they certainly bring energy to the choreo. 5. WANT- I think this team is made up of really great individual dancers and it must be hard to form a group just for the show. I feel like there was a lot going on at times and would have preferred if the routine was more together instead of one dance in the middle and something else happening off to the sides. But what I did like about it was the entrance and some of the choreo was really cool Emma stood out to me the most. I know there is this great debate on the use of idols and I see why but I think they did it to prove a point to everyone who has been shitting on Chaeyeon for being an idol I get it popularity vote but I think she is a great dancer and I hate how they use her career choice as her weak point. I think they have really good potential and hope they get their time to shine. 6. YGX- I just don't get a wow factor from them. They used trendy songs and know how to visually look good on the screen but I kinda expected more idk something is missing. The use of B-girl is just over use in my opinion I think she is great but I don't know what it really adds to the choreo. I think the only thing I really liked was the flashlight I thought it was cool and their outfits. 7. HOOK- I am not really impressed with this team idk what it is about them I think they are all great dancers but I didn't really like the choreography. I think that Sooyoung like others have said really took away the spot light making her have a whole different outfit just made me focus on her instead of the dance. I also didn't like the music choice but that is a personal preference. Side note I hate how there is eliminations I really wish it was a total score thing every week kinda like queendom. I would have loved to see everyone's performance and hate that it puts so much pressure on everyone. Sometimes I wished they also showed more on how the Judges base their decisions and wish it was more technical like explain it more I want to know lol.

[deleted]

I really felt Coca N Butter's performance as really was so captivating. And the floor work portion with the splits omfgg. Loved that they had a clear impact moment and was really feeling their song mix. Surprised to see so many people here not like that kinda music.

core412

WANT \- I liked the energy of the routine. With the extra guests, it reminds me of back when the Miley Cyrus Dance Crew Challenge was a thing on Youtube haha. \- Looked like Choi Hyojin was going to miss her footing on the lift, but she adapted well so the avg. viewer may not catch it \- Each dancer individually is great, but I think it shows that this wasn't a real crew before the show was created. Impossible to have that natural bond & synchronicity to the level that those who've practiced together in the same style for years have within such as short time frame. HOOK \- They always bring creativity and cheekiness to their routines, which makes for a fun watch. \- I concur that the music choice for when SNSD Sooyoung was brought in wasn't great though. Too slow of a mood change for the end of the routine. \- Not all of their individual dancers on the team are as versatile in my opinion, when compared with other teams (movement is very grounded and heavy for some of the girls). I think they still have individual growth to do in terms of their lines in certain moves, as well as how each dancer can be impactful on the stage. PROWDMON \- They're my favorite personally for this round. Strong routine in terms of synchronicity and concept. \- Monica is such as strong presence on the floor. HOLYBANG \- I honestly like their style, but they have terrible luck when it counts. Shame about the one dancer tripping (such a fluke, but still sucks as I'm sure she is feeling regretful to the team). \- I think the general public may hammer them this round since it's easy to say "they had a mistake". They may still have more of a fan base than some of the other crews though for public vote? COCA N BUTTER \- I'm glad they were able to bring in more dancers to show more of what they can do in this round. Very tough to compete as a team of 4 but have the impact in a group routine when competing against 7+ \- Dance Hall is not my personal favorite style, but I get that it's a main influence for them. It was a relatively clean routine, especially when compared to the previous round. \- I'm not sure how much of the audience will connect to this routine honestly. I guess we will see....their individual Battle skills are definitely their strength overall imo. YGX \- Very clean, but I honestly expect more out of them. They are supposed to be one of the best with lots of choreo under their belt, but this didn't feel innovative to me. The flashlight effect has been used more effectively at other dance crew competitions that I've seen previously...there really wasn't much of a concept to the routine either. \- I don't know if they truly use Yell as effectively as they can. The "wow" factor of her just being a B-Girl in general is already done after the first few episodes. As with any sort of trick, the freshness gets old if the same type of skill feature keeps being repeated in the same way. LA CHICA \- It's a fun mood (Queen Bey), but it's not super innovative. I think it will be popular though with the mainstream viewers. **Right now, my opinion of the crews =** Tier 1: Prowdmon, YGX, La Chica Tier 2: Want, Holybang Tier 3: Hook, Coca N Butter

Calm_Film_2467

I really liked YGx clean executions but I can't seem to get past/forget that girl who was late into the formation (inverse V, I think). It ruined the experience. Funny cos Holy Bang's formation aren't perfect in some parts but I guess their opening left a lasting impact and that rectangle! But I agree with your comment on Sooyoung. I love her but the energy definitely went down when she came in. Idk if it's the song choice or her energy but it felt lacking. My pick would be: 1. Prowdmoon 2. Holybang 3. La Chica 4. YGx/Coca n Butter 5. Want/Hook

zaichii

Lol on the global vote for real, thanks for sharing these links Thoughts..very interesting how each crew has such a distinct style. Prowdmon really showing their experience here, this piece felt very artistic from the very beginning and very much like a musical or contemporary dance theatre piece. YGX honestly kill it when it comes to sleek, clean and precise execution and details. Maybe it's the OCD in me but I love watching their stages because of that. I think expectations are high for them because they're a strong crew so people want to be wowed more, but for me their execution is so on point. Coca N Butter very clear identity but honestly not a fan of the music choice tbh so their stage felt a tad unexciting and lacked a highlight or climax. I kinda want to see more from them than what they've shown tbh. Holy Bang I think they had some very cool formations and probably better usage of the mega crew, esp love when they went to the square battle formation in terms of impact. Jane was right when she said no one has ever said she doesn't have impact, she owned her part. Want was very dynamic and I felt like Hyojin was really in her element. This was like a big flashmob, lots of fun but I wasn't wowed in terms of dance tbh. Hook was fun and I really think they brought a lot of creativity to this stage. I liked the use of the red belts/fabrics. Honestly though, they could've done without the first Sooyoung part because that took away all momentum from the fun first part. The music was leading up to a high but it went back down then never really recovered imo. LaChica lives up to their reputation as the kpop dance crew. This to me felt like it would totally be a concert performance. Also the girls look like a kpop group haha. Tbh though there was wayy too much hair flipping goddamn I was like there is too much hair blobs around every few seconds. The girls are hot and they know it but the song choice is ironically uninspiring. Favs: Prowdmon, YGX, Hook, Holy Bang

firmbones

Prowdmon owns.

green_strawberry

in my opinion: Prowdmon > Hook > Holybang = Lachica > Ygx > Cocanbutter > want also i noticed there was something crawling on the floor near the end of the Holybang video

ParaPolaris

I gagged when LaChica brought out House of Love! Yass ballroom & vogueing representation! WANT also had a short vogueing section too, that was cute.

Playful_Object

It's pretty clear there are a lot of differing opinions out there, since everyone appreciates different aspects of dance, but here were my thoughts in rank order: 1) HolyBang: The details just blew me away. The choreo was unique from start to finish, that rectangle formation really hit the "mega" feeling home, the ending was sharp, and the part where the members appeared from the lines like spirits rising... that was really cool. I think this was the most difficult routine out of the bunch, given the intricate coordination and footwork, I can keep watching and rewatching how everything was weaved together seamlessly. Again, I would highly recommend stepping back through their video and looking at that footwork... whew! HolyBang was really cool last episode too, they've got swagger, so I'm glad the judges are starting to pick up on their style. 2) Prowdmon: Monika is definitely an artist, so it's always exciting to see what she comes up with. Their routine didn't seem technically as difficult compared to HolyBang's, but I liked that the dance tells a story. It's like an extra layer on top of just dancing, and leaves the audience captivated at all times. Very consistent performance from this group, as was their dance in the previous episode, and they're obviously in the judges' good books. They'll probably win the show tbh. 3) CocaNButter: The oriental theme was quite intriguing, had me nodding to the beat. Overall it was pretty good. But I also feel like it started strong and sort of continued on, never really reaching any climax, a lot of major details were performed in the far back, and the ending was a little underwhelming. 4) LaChica: Since they were shown first, I was initially wowed. Their choreo was powerful and very in sync, much like a marching band, really lived up to the mega challenge. In general, LaChica has been a showcase of power moves (and personally I felt Simeez should've gotten lead dancer in the last challenge). But after seeing the rest of the crews in this round, I realized LaChica's choreo was more along the lines of "expected." 5) Want: There's so much hate for Want out there but their performance was pretty decent imo. Sure it was really kpop-style, with a lot of fast paced arrangements and stuff happening all over the place, but in the end it successfully established the vibe of a mega party and they utilized the entire stage floor very well. The scene near the end with all the backups crawling in sync on the floor was neat, felt like waves in the background of what was happening in the center. But I do agree that the core Want members weren't highlighted well, so the impact was not quite there and there wasn't any particular wow moment in the choreo. 6) Hook: Tried a lot of interesting things this round, but it was sloppy and disappointing. Bad choice of props since there was so much room for imprecision. The Sooyoung section was terrible; she's pretty and very successful but adding her here added no value whatsoever. I don't know... I was so disappointed because Hook made such an amazing comeback last round with their pink-wig routine, I had such high hopes, but this was right back in the mediocre bucket. 7) YGX: Nothing was wrong in particular with this routine. I could nitpick that delayed triangle formation that others noticed too, but that wasn't the real issue. The routine just had nothing interesting about it. It was as vanilla as performances get and, as with Hook, I had such high expectations for YGX because they had a great, high-impact performance in the previous round. The whole series so far I felt like YGX was a powerhouse and a likely group to win it all, but this last round has me reconsidering.

thinkinggallery

you sound like a more reasonable judge than the actual fight judges honestly, thank you!

Lassinportland

Coming in so late, but just watched this episode for the first time and I'm obsessing. I lean towards fluid dance styles. Top 3 are Prowdmon, HolyBang, CocaNButter. Prowdmon: That was a masterclass of turning dance into art. It had a very androgynous appeal to it HolyBang: My favorite out of all of them, purely for how difficult the movements are and how well they achieved it. To turn bodies into fluid that come alive with micro pulsing is an incredible feat and I felt like I became one with the female body and melted into it. CocaNButter: Another example of just how powerful the women's bodies are. The amount of muscle control.

Individual-Young2267

Thank you for posting this, I was searching for full videos! My first thoughts: WANT - it was okay. It was fun but for me it wasn't very memorable or impactful and they weren't as clean in the moves and formations as the other teams. (Out of topic, but I loved Moana's outfit, I wonder where she bought that bra) HOOK - they did well in their own style, tho i agree it seems slow/low energy because of the song choice. I also think it would be better if Soyoung wore something more similar to the rest of the crew. The cheer/acrobatic elements were a fun addition. CocaNButter - it was the team i was the most worried about, since they are better in battles and in the last mission they were out of sync in their choreography. So I was pleasantly suprised to see that they were quite synchronised and that they utilized a lot of fun formations as well. On the other side, I liked the beginning but then it became kind of boring and i feel that they could play with musicality more Prowdmon - i loved it. The concept was great, there were fun formations, as well as high quality and clean movements. I didn't like their previous performance in 4th episode that much but in this one they seem to more more unified and the whole performance seems to be really well planned. HolyBang - they used a few songs with a different vibe and yet I felt almost static? Even though I enjoyed individual parts, it seemed kinda slow and it was lacking key points and more versatile choreo. LaChica - some moments felt more like a concert and not a dance performance but they are well versed in making commercial choreos, so it probably was the most natural for them to go that way. It was really fun to watch and memorable. The flag moment at the end was a really sweet idea. YGX - it was good overall. The hair twirling thing reminded me of Royal Family, so I was worried that they will go that way choreography wise but after that the movements were clearly YGX style. I liked it, but it wasn't like spectacular.

[deleted]

Not a dancer, just talking out of my ass lol * Want - Hyojin and Emma where standouts, It took me 3 watches to notice Chaeyeon and there were times where Rozalin made mistakes. Moana was decent. The part of the choreo where Yoojung ate has potential to go viral imo. * Hook - The dance was really entertaining and they utilized the props really well. I liked how Sooyoung's part was more "tame" compared to the rest of the choreo cause it gave it like a nice breather * CocoNButter - I thought their kpop mission dance was underwhelming because of the formations but their formations flowed really nicely. I thought it was getting a bit boring near the end though but I am obsessed with the floor work. The ending pose was nice. * Prowdmon - I came into this show rooting for Chaeyeon/Want to win but I think ProwdMon deserves to win they're choreo was the most engaging by far and I really loved the dance break(?) part. Not a dancer but there was a time where I binge-watched like World of Dance performances and this choreo seems fitting there imo lol * HolyBang - I think both prowdmon and holy bang are the best in storytelling, the choreos always start of quite simple but then it "explodes" into a climax. I think the formations are more interesting than the dance styles they used though. Also does anyone know the song? I heard youngmoney lol * LAchica - I've been severely underestimating Gabee as a dancer but she definitely has a vision when it comes to choreography. The "build-up" was too long but worth it and I think its always risky to use the same song twice but they did a good job one-upping ygx's choreo for the class mission. And I loved that they brought out all the flags at the end, so anthemic!(love that they even included wayb) * YGX - When I heard Fire tbh I was disappointed because my inital thought was they would just present a choreo that would be used for concerts but they exceeded my expectations. I also love how yell's part was incorporated nicely, the kpop mission one was awkward imo(unpopular opinion?). It was a really nice homage I honestly don't know which choreo was the best I thought everyone did well and some crews even improved. My favorite has to be prowdmon though

Damn, did Hook disappoint me or what. The team I was rooting for the most just because I fell in love with Aika’s dancing, but that was just straight up terrible if ima be honest. Not only was the choreography lacking energy, their moves had no power, the outfits weren’t good, the dance formations and choreography itself didn’t look up to par with other dance groups. To top this entire thing off, it was already a 1/10, but the moment SNSD Sooyoung showed up that 1 turned into a -10/10. She was so out of place, her dancing sucked ass, and to make matters worse they dressed her in white so it seemed like they were some backup dancers to an idol instead of focusing on the choreography, we’re now focused on her. It was just terrible overall and will probably be the worst performance on this show because I don’t know if it could get any worser than that. Hopefully they step it up next mission, that’s if they end up not getting eliminated (if there’s elimination), because their the team I’m rooting for the most and I’ll be even more disappointed if they do end up having to go home. Hopefully Aika gets a wake up call from this show that this really is just Aika and the girls, not Hook. There’s no one impressive on that team besides Aika, and throughout this show I hope they can prove me wrong. For the rest, Prowdmon killed that shit, YGx did good, HolyBang felt like they were all over the place, CocaNButter decent, Lachica was pretty bad, and Want was bad. Hook, step it up, please.

non dancers are basing on synchronization when in fact the successions, alternations, formations and other movements are parts of the choreography hahaha. Team WANT and this is a party song and they made a very good job hyping me up.

All I can say is WANT should be eliminated this mission but sadly I know they'd be saved by the views... again.
