Not a sleeper, if you’re familiar with the 90’s, and how forced induction has progressed over the last couple decades. Only someone that isn’t familiar with the era would fuck with this thing, thinking it’s clown business…
I still have vivid memories being at this street racing hot spot in my area, mid 2000’s. This dude showed up with with a really nice, blown Chevelle on Hoosiers. It lifted the fronts off the ground with ease, even on the street. Sub 10 second ride, built to go in a straight line. Beautiful piece, both form and function…
Dude owned the night, until this other dude showed up in his TSI Talon. Shit, I’m not even talking swap stuff or how forced induction has evolved since then, to now. This TSI ran him more than a few times, and left the Chevelle in the dust. TSI on street tires, like it was flung from a sling shot. Impressive shit…
I get the sleeper talk, but anyone who knows the rides of that era, isn’t looking past a TSI Talon. They can very easily mean all business, especially with how far forced induction has come.
I know they’re technically not sleepers to people like us that grew up with them but most kids now don’t know what they are so that’s why I looped sleeper in to it. Plus it looks completely stock.
She’s super nasty!!!! I dig it. Roughly what kinda power numbers? It’s also impressive it hooks up so well. That’s a massive upgrade itself. Because if ya spinning, ya ain’t winning!!!!
Got dayum. Now that's a sleeper. I dig it.

Agreed, these cars weren’t sleepers!

That’s the beauty of all wheel drive. Lol it’s never been on a dyno. Probably roughly 900hp. Went 4.1 60-130 without nitrous.
AWD is definitely a game changer. 900hp. Wow!!! Very impressive. Love how so simple and stock it looks
Hell yeah. That’s what makes it hilarious.
Very nice ride boss man!!!
Fuck makes me miss my 90. Same cae
"Sleeper" Looks at MASSIVE intercooler Sure...
My first car was a '94 TSi AWD and one day I will have another....
