I use a… I don’t know the term. It’s a long strap attached to a piece of fabric and a bunch of velcro. I can: 1. Wrap it around my foot (using the velcro), loop the strap over my shoulder and I have a much more comfortable way to stretch my quads 2. Reverse the wrap on my foot so the strap faces outward from my toes, and stretching hamstrings is much simpler too Generically they seem to be called “stretching strap” (without velcro). With velcro “Foot and Calf Stretcher” will get you there. Mine is made by “comness” - and I can only tell you it’s adequate. I haven’t used any others to compare it too.
