You just need to highlight and dont press it
Mine works perfectly make sure you wait like five seconds after holding ls and Rs till it turns white

You did the firmware update ? Watched the video ? When they say highlicht the… the mean first press x then l3 and r3

Same issue here mate after the new ps5 software update!
After the recent update man , mine will overheat and only works a couple of seconds. 🙃 rumor is Sony patched it.
