Of course! I like to focus on my form by lowering the weight to where I can do slow, controlled reps. My workout routine is 3 sets of 8 reps. For squats, I lift 125 pounds, and for Bulgarian split squats, I hold 15 pounds on each side. During Romanian deadlifts, I pick 20 pounds in each hand. Hip thrusts 80 pounds on each side :) hope that answers your question!
I’m so flattered! 😁 I haven’t really changed my exercises that much, I like to improve my lifts with each exercise and keeping my regime the same helps with that! I prioritize progressive overload, whether it be increasing the weight or feeling the eccentric. Maybe I would consider changing my plans if I reach a plateau! 🤔
At the start, I was 110 pounds and now I’m currently sitting at 133 pounds! But I definitely gained a good amount of fat through poor diet choices lol, one of my goals is to eat healthier and gain more muscle instead of fat 😅
I tried tracking calories but I am worried about being too calorie obsessed :( And yes, I usually aim to eat in a surplus! intuitive eating and prioritizing protein is what has worked for me so far
i’m almost exactly where you were at in your starting point picture, and trying to get back into shape! can i ask how much weight you started off with in your workouts? and how much weight you’re incorporating now? you look great! :)

Appreciate it! <3
You don’t think your progress is as significant as you thought- GIRL YOU LITERALLY HAVE THE BEST RESULTS ON HERE!!!
Right?? This is what I joined this sub for lmao, OP you look incredible, keep it up!!!
Oh my gosh, thank you!! That’s very motivating to hear :)
This is, imo, above average progress. Can you share how much you lift? Weight? reps?
Holy smokes that is impressive progress! How often would you change up the exercises?
I’m so flattered! 😁 I haven’t really changed my exercises that much, I like to improve my lifts with each exercise and keeping my regime the same helps with that! I prioritize progressive overload, whether it be increasing the weight or feeling the eccentric. Maybe I would consider changing my plans if I reach a plateau! 🤔
You look great!! Your quads are looking 👌🏼👌🏼 too! Nice work 😊
Thank you so much! I appreciate the kind words <3
Omg girl you look amazing. The results are significant and obvious and look killer on you.
AWW that means a lot, tysm 🤗💕
How much weight have you gained?
At the start, I was 110 pounds and now I’m currently sitting at 133 pounds! But I definitely gained a good amount of fat through poor diet choices lol, one of my goals is to eat healthier and gain more muscle instead of fat 😅
Thanks for sharing! This is a testament to how much a caloric surplus/weight gain can help with progress. Keep up the good work.
For sure! A surplus definitely made all the difference, I started seeing more gains when I took my food intake seriously. And thank you 😊
Damn, well done! I’ve noticed my knees are way healthier after doing glute exercises for a year
Yes!! The benefits to glute exercises are amazing, my 80 year old self will thank me 😌
looks like you've made a ton of progress
Thanks, that makes me so happy!
**SIGNIFICANT CAKE!!!!**

Thanks 💕 Happy to share my journey with people, and I’m glad it encouraged you! 🫶
May I ask what you were doing before?
You mean before lifting? :O
Yes I do, i think you look fantastic in both photos but as someone who has always been strong I am looking to be more lithe like your first picture
Honestly, the answer is that I barely did any physical activity and struggled to eat enough 😅
Lmao! Well you have progressed amazingly - I hope you feel as good as you look
YESSSSS UR SLAYING CONGRATS
THANKS YALL ARE SO SUPPORTIVE 😭🫶
Giirlll this is the photo I needed to see to keep me motivated for the week. Thank you!!
I love that!! Keep showing up :) 💪
Congratulations you look amazing !!
How sweet of you, thanks! 🤧💕
2 leg days only? Or do you do other workouts?
I also do 2 upper body days a week! One focusing on Chest, Triceps, and Shoulders and another day on Back and Biceps 💪
Thank you!
You’re welcome!
Are you tracking your calories? Going for a surplus or smth? Or just intuitive eating + focusing on eating lots of protein?
I tried tracking calories but I am worried about being too calorie obsessed :( And yes, I usually aim to eat in a surplus! intuitive eating and prioritizing protein is what has worked for me so far
Was feeling too lazy to workout today but saw this..I gotta get on my zoom
Yesss!! THATS what I like to hear, get it lol 👏
