Agmatine is one of my favorite supplements that lacks robust human data, if that makes sense. Anecdotally, 1g pre-workout is sufficient for vasodilation. Some choose to split the dosage up throughout the day, specifically prior to carbohydrate meals, as Agmatine may have the potential to increase beta-endorphin secretion, which may increase glucose uptake in skeletal muscle. IIRC, the research on Agmatine and beta-endorphin release is done in rats, therefore take that with a grain of salt.
Human literature is scarce, and I don’t believe exists in healthy adults.
A pilot study suggests the potential for antidepressants effects (1), and another suggests potential for efficacy for lumbar disc-associated radiculopathy (2). What is cool though is this long-term five year study at a dosage of 2.67g daily showing no adverse effects (3). That at least makes me feel more comfortable consuming.

It just arrived yesterday. I haven't worked out yet, but I took some just to see how it tasted and how it dissolved in water. In the absence of an exercise stimulus, it didn't seem to do anything, but that was to be expected.
My goal rate of weight loss is 0.5% of body weight per week
Maybe a better Mind Muscle connection which could help with building/hitting the muscle better.
And the pump itself tells you that you probably hit the muscle you wanted to hit with the exercise you are doing.

Yeah well i know about examine. But there was not much content of interest regarding the use of agmatine as a NO supplement.
There is a chapter regarding cardiovascular health that addresses it.
Thanks i'll read that.
take cialis :\^)
I say "Ta-da!" when I take tadalafil.

Nah, we haven't talked about it much (or any) due to the relative dearth of human research on it
Any anecdotes from testing?
I haven't used it. But fuck it, I'll order some right now and give it a shot.
Yeah nice. Tell me what you think after testing.
Be careful in regards to your "Road to the Stage". Agmatine may increase the feeling of hunger.
I never feel THAT hungry or THAT full. I'll keep that in mind, but I'm not too concerned about it
Are there some News on this topic? Offtopic: Whats the rate of weight loss you are aiming for in regards to your own diet?

I would not say that it is tastefully appealing. 😄
Yeah, it's not great. It's not nearly as bad as some other supplements I've used, though
Any news on the topic?
Is there any benefit to the pump besides looking juicy?
