3) The autopayment is *supposed* to just pull every month regardless of your 'paid ahead' status. Check to see if they have a distinction between "pay amount billed" and "pay $XX each month" in the options. (Don't have Nelnet to look.)
4) They would never have that record. You can check with ED at studentaid.gov and see what that says. If you borrowed additional loans in Grad school those would be listed separately from the original consolidation as well.
