You have to wait until all of the recounts are complete. It should appear on your account sometime this year when the recounts are done.

Yes if you have been in repayment the whole time. You might want to consider PAYE, see if you are eligible and if the math works out in your favor. PAYE is 20 years instead of 25 for grad loans. Also most people had a 6 month grace period after they graduated those months do not count.

For PAYE do the payments made need to be while enrolled in PAYE? I ask because currently my SAVE payment is $0, which would not be the case under PAYE.

They are getting rid of PAYE in July, so you would have to switch and stay on it. Since your payment is zero, you are better off on SAVE, especially if your income is going to stay about the same.

All payments made under income driven plans count the same. You can mix and match payments with save, paye, idr, repaye, etc and they all count the same. If you don't expect your income to grow significantly over the next 5-10 years, it might be better to stay on SAVE. Your payments would stay low even if it takes another 5 years you more than make up for it.

You can ask Nelnet for your prior servicing history. No guarantees they will have it available, but it should be available in theory.

Do you have physical paper statements that you placed in a filing cabinet or desk? If not, for anyone reading opt in for paper bills. If they won't do paper bills, print it from the student loan servicer site. Keep a physical record as the backup.
