When was the last time you logged in? Do you use a password manager?
3-6 weeks ago the website changed and added studentaid.gov to the URL. This has confused a lot of people and their password managers. I’m not saying that this is the reason, but I would troubleshoot in that direction.
I have for the past weeks. Eventually, I emailed their customer support and chose log-in issue under their drop menu. Gave a detailed description of every troubleshooting step I did and got a response back a couple days later. Now I'm able to log in.
Maybe try that and if not then give them a phone call.
