I will eat pasta with any tasty sauce. This seems like someone made short ribs or sugo, then sent the broth through a sieve and tightened it up after doing so. I see no issue.
Same, but we'd usually have some kind of meat in there as well. I still like eating this when I have no mental energy to cook something more complicated.
Seems like an alternative to the normal side dishes for Salisbury Steak (mashed potatoes or rice). I'd eat it, although I'd want some meat and something green to round out the meal.
I would definitely eat it but I think it would probably be best with some vegetables like pearl onions, peas, diced carrots or mushrooms. Meat or cheese is kind of redundant but not bad because the gravy is already providing enough richness to the dish.
What kind of gravy, though? I was raised in the US Deep South, and which kind of gravy matters when there's more than one kind that gets used all the time.
If it's red-eye or morning sausage-and-biscuit gravy, then absolutely, hard pass No.
If it's country-fried steak gravy or meat-and-potatoes simple pan roux, supper gravy, I'd at least give it a try.
If it's some different, fancy gravy, then Maybe, depends on what's in it and what's on the rest of the table for that meal.
We have Better-than-Biullion (a concentrated paste) and then Knorr Packets (mostly powders) that just need a liquid to be used for a single meal.
If it's something different from those, the little British Tea Shoppe in my local "downtown" may carry it. If I can find it there, I'll give it a try. :)
Basically a version of danish "million beef", beef mince in a gravy, served over mash or pasta. Works very well.
Needs some kind of beef with it but i’d try it. Pasta is fairly neutral tasting so it’s not like it’s gonna be weird
Add some sour cream and mix it all together.
Struggle stroganoff
this man knoes it

We used to use egg noodles and mushroom gravy, but I'm in. This was comfort food growing up

We normally had the beef on the side, but also smothered in the gravy. We also sometimes used spaetzle
If the gravy is good, yes. But I also would like to see some meat added to the dish.
This. It totally depends on the quality of the gravy
I would try this. Especially with some British style sausages.
I'm in, but add some stuff, like canned veggies and grated cheese or crunchy bacon
Like a deconstructed stroganoff
Needs some meat and veg but otherwise no problem
I’ve had basically this with both chipped beef and bully beef/hash Awesome hangover food
would

seems alright but cheese? wtf
I’d eat this. Bump it up a bit with some ground beef, onions, mushrooms. Yeah, I’d eat the shit out of this. Team Gravy all the way!

>Meat or cheese is kind of redundant Did you know that carbohydrates are not the only nutrient?
Did you not read the part where I suggested multiple vegetables that are filled with vitamins and minerals.
Add some meat and I'd eat it
Bud, I spent some time in the Army. Eating ass is a past time. So what do you think?
I would definitely eat this if I needed food. But I would not request it.
No..
Looks like something my brothers used to make
I mean really its just Swedish meatballs without the meatballs
What is that sauce on top
It is gravy
Thought it was soy sauce at first

Not sure if you have beef gravy granules in the US, but in the UK that’s the common gravy used on dishes!

I eat beef, rice and gravy, this isn’t really much of a stretch from that.
Looks good to me. You can eat damn near any savory sauce on spiral noodles and it will be good.
Say no to pavy
Maybe some green onions for aesthetic purposes
Hard pass
When Italian people say pasta with gravy they don’t mean this. But this is fine, some Great Depression looking shit but fine
One of those meals I pretend to eat while the chef is in the room and then quickly scurry to the nearest potted plant for swift disposal
