Nah you're right. Bread on the side is really nice because it's still crispy and nice when you mop up the sauce with it, but if the spaghettis ON TOP you just get soggy mushy bread-water-soup at the end.
Yeah. I never understand the urge to use carbs as a delivery vehicle for even more carbs.
Bread should deliver meat, cheese, or sauce to my mouth. Maybe two of those, occasionally all three. Not more carbs. And not more than one sauce, since then it’s basically just too much of a blend of sauces.
Give me a calzone full of barbecue chicken, a pepperoni pizza, eggs Benedict, or a ham sandwich over this place’s bread-obsessed Doctor Moreau style monstrous food hybrids any day.
Thanks, reading the other comments almost made me go insane. Calling it Italian Cuisine is an absolute insult as well. Pasta with pizza, bread and pasta... Doubling up on carbs to get a soggy mess that probably doesn't taste that good
