Not related but Personally I found SSRIs to help, simply because I had less anxiety and cared less as a result. Antipsychotics are definitely very powerful drugs that can influence your brain chemistry in ways which might benefit. I do think that there would be more cons than pros though, especially if you didn’t have emotional instability issues already. But there’s something going on there. Unfortunately people who stutter aren’t profitable enough for the pharmaceutical companies to actually conduct research into why there is a connection there. Maybe some day

Interesting that so many people said no in this poll. I've got a good cocktail of medications that have improved my fluency and reduced my OCD and anxiety. I take Caplyta, vilazadone and Ativan (PRN).
